Federal Court Official: Jared Loughner lawsuit a hoax | 23 March 2016 | A lawsuit filed in federal court in the U.S District of Arizona purportedly from killer Jared Loughner accusing his victim, former Arizona Congresswoman Gabby Giffords of causing him “emotion [sic] and psychological distress” is a hoax according to a federal court official…The envelope was postmarked on March 15th from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and received on March 18th by the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court in Arizona. The sender is supposedly Jared Lee Loughner who's incarcerated in a federal medical center in Rochester, Minnesota. But a federal court official confirmed to 12 News the lawsuit is actually from another mentally disturbed prisoner in Philadelphia who is impersonating Loughner. [?!?]
