That breathing machine was in his room according to investigators. It was for sleep apnea, and it was common knowledge according to his son and other members of the family. He used it while sleeping. Look it up.

Here is mine. The Judge was 79 years old and morbidly (note this word) obese. He had a myriad of health problems, all documented. Neither his doctor or his son were surprised with this. His son said that Scalias death was expected.
You would never know if you acquired all of your news from BIN, but occasiionally, not often but occasionally, people who are in terrible health and who are over 79 years old die. They are sometimes not murdered, but they actually die as a result of their health problems.
Either that, or the lizard aliens from their 45 story underground lab in Dulce, New Mexico got him with one of their new mini-mini energy weapons. I think that you would be more likely to believe this story.
