While it became a little to close for comfort in Texas, Ted Cruz was able to win his home state. The big surprise of the night is that Cruz has been declared the winner of Oklahoma, which blunts Donald Trump’s momentum in a big way.
In Texas, Ted Cruz beats Donald Trump with more than 40% of the total vote. Trump is kept under 30% and Marco Rubio is held under 20%. In Oklahoma, Cruz has about 34% to Trump’s 30%. Rubio trails with about 23%.
