Armenia, Azerbaijan say Tuesday ceasefire holds in Karabakh region – YouTube
Ethnic Armenians in Karabakh and Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry say the two sides have been strictly abiding by the truce. Clashes broke out in the Nagorno-Karabakh region on Saturday. The violence, described as the worst since the 19-94 war, has claimed scores of lives on both sides. The disputed region is claimed by Azerbaijan, but ethnic Armenians control the region. Meanwhile, The US, Russian and French Co-Chairs of the so-called Minsk Group say they will travel to the Karabakh region to ensure the ceasefire is respected.
