Hollande vows to shut down France's oldest nuclear power plant over environmental, safety concerns | 26 April 2016 | The French President has promised to formally initiate the shutdown of the country’s oldest nuclear reactors on the grounds of environmental and safety concerns surrounding the Fessenheim power plant near the German and Swiss borders.
