RYAN BUNDY — PUNISHED IN NEVADA FOR HAVING TWO TOWELS IN HIS CELL IN OREGON?
We have learned Ryan Bundy is being denied release into general population at the Nevada Henderson Detention Center because TWO towels were found in his cell in Multnomah County Oregon. It is also being reported that Ryan is being punished for rebutting a Jail CHAPLAIN in Oregon after the Chaplsin said “Law Enforcement” has the right to shoot and kill under any circumstance without question. Ryan was reported to Marshalls in Oregon for questioning the CHAPLAINS logic.
While we know Ryan Bundy to have a strong inner constitution we have to ask ourselves at what point is enough enough and at what point will he break under the pressure? It is reported Ryan is not doing well .
Study after study proves that solitary confinement is viewed as a cruel and unusual punishment. When corrections officials talk about solitary confinement, they describe it as the prison within the prison, and for good reason. For 23 hours a day, inmates are kept inside a cell that is approximately 80 square feet, smaller than a typical horse stable. Cells are furnished with a bed, sink and toilet, but rarely much else. Food is delivered through a slot in the door, and each day inmates are allowed just one hour of exercise, in a cage.
What is happening to Ryan Bundy is further indication that the United States Government does not have the capacity to try these TWO cases at the same time in TWO different states that now involve FOUR different detention centers, and keep them separate.
Individuals receive terms in solitary based on charges that are levied, adjudicated, and enforced by prison officials with little or no outside oversight. Many prison systems have a hearing process, but these are seldom more than perfunctory. Prison officials serve as prosecutors, judges, and juries, and prisoners are rarely permitted representation by defense attorneys. Unsurprisingly, in most prison systems, they are nearly always found guilty.

Memorandum limiting solitary confinement dated March 3, 2016. In your own words “A growing body of evidence suggests that the overuse of solitary confinement and other forms of restrictive housing in U.S. correctional systems undermines public safety and is contrary to our Nation’s values”. ~ Barrack Obama ~
