Tyranny! Oregon Refuge Protester Finally Caught and Arrested For Digging Latrine

In the video below, Gavin Seim provides an inspiring speech along with an update from Oregon and a few of the things going on there. He just got word that Jake Ryan had been arrested. Ryan just appeared in court this yesterday. Sheriff Tom Rummel (Sanders County, Montana) did not honor his oath, and he did NOT defend the Ryan Family. He did not stand up to the federal government. He decided it was easier to lie down, be a coward, and be complicit with treason.
Like all these other sheriffs, he talked big but refused to stand with We the People. We have to stop pretending that sheriffs who say ‘constitution’ every now and then, and be sure they mean it. It’s time to stop pretending that these cowards and treasonous politicians are ‘oath keepers,’ and believing they are standing with us. They are not. They are lying down…

Jake Ryan, wanted for digging a latrine during the Oregon protest, has been arrested and was in federal court in Portland yesterday.
Gavin Seim released the video below while on his speaking tour in Oregon regarding the jailing of the Patriots arrested there and the failure of the politicians in general like elected sheriffs and the presidential candidates who refuse to stand with the Patriots in Oregon. Seim is calling out the business as usual politicians who call themselves ‘constitutional’ or ‘conservative’ etc. etc. etc.

The New York Daily News reports:
A Montana man accused of violating a Native American archeological site by digging a latrine during the Oregon militia occupation is the 26th indictment since Ammon Bundy’s arrest.
Federal agents issued an arrest warrant for 25-year-old Jake Ryan — whose name was finally unsealed Monday — for his alleged role in causing more than $1,000 in damage at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
In addition to gun and conspiracy to impede law enforcement charges, Ryan and Sean Anderson face depredation of government property for digging at least one trench with heavy equipment on land considered sacred to the Burns Paiute Tribe, according to court documents.
When federal investigators began sifting through heaps of evidence at the abandoned refuge headquarters, they discovered “significant amounts of human feces” near a campsite occupied by the final four protesters.
Federal agents have focused their search for Ryan in Sanders County, but Sheriff Tom Rummel claims Ryan is no longer in his jurisdiction after meeting with his relatives in Plains.
“It has been my intention to make sure that Jake Ryan’s safety and rights are provided for, and I will continue to do just that,” Rummel wrote in a statement late Monday. “With that said, I want you to know that federal officers have not operated in this county without my knowledge.”

He also appealed to anti-government protesters to curb their communications after the Bundy Ranch’s Facebook page issued an action alert from conservative activist Gavin Seim encouraging Rummel to not arrest Ryan.
“I have received over 400 e-mails and 100 phone messages, please do not e-mail or call as I cannot keep up,” Rummel added.
Ryan’s mother, Roxsanna, hopes to earn Rummel’s support in making “a stand” to delay — or prevent — her son’s arrest and the arrest for additional protesters linked to the armed standoff that lasted 41 days.
“That decision has not been put into stone yet,” she told the Salt Lake Tribune.
Finally, in the last video, Gavin Seim talks about what We the People can do to help our brothers and sisters in the liberty movement who are currently being held captive in Portland, Oregon. They are being held as political prisoners, or as prisoners of war you might say, by a lawless federal government that has declared war on liberty, the Constitution of the United States, and We the good people of this nation. In the video, Gavin discusses three things that those of us out here can do to help Ammon Bundy & Co.
Why should you help? Simply put, if you claim to be a patriot, and you value the liberty our forefathers fought and died for, then it’s your duty to help. It’s your duty to help because we no longer live in a nation of liberty. Frankly, we don’t even live in a nation of law anymore. The federal government has waged war on your rights, and they violate the law with impunity.
When push came to shove, Ammon Bundy and Co. put their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor on the line to stand up for YOUR rights, the same rights that many Americans are too ignorant to even realize are being trampled… because it hasn’t affected them personally… yet! But it will…
It’s time for those of us who are not in jail stop making excuses for why we can’t get involved, and help our fellow countrymen. As Gavin puts it, it’s time we either stand up for liberty, or we show our true colors, which is to say that we were never FOR liberty to begin with. You can’t be FOR liberty solely when it’s convenient for you. That’s not how it works. The good folks from the Malheur Wildlife Refuge are rotting in jail right now, and without due process. Because they are in jail, and because they are not able to provide for their families, it’s their loved ones at home who are suffering greatly as well, some just trying to survive.

In the video, Gavin discusses three things we can do to be helping our fellow patriots who the government won’t release. If you happen to be one of those people who “takes issue with the tactics used by the group that occupied the Malheur Wildlife Refuge,” so that’s how you ”rationalize” not standing up and helping, then this is a perfect time to talk about Gavin’s first suggestion:
#1) GET THE NARRATIVE RIGHT!
What “tactics” didn’t you agree with exactly? Here are the FACTS: The group that occupied Malheur Wildlife Refuge did nothing more than engage in a political protest, so unless you object to the First Amendment, or you object to the Right to Bear Arms, then whatever “tactics” you think they used were a distortion of the truth supplied to you by the mainstream media.
The group occupied the refuge, and their occupation included being armed for self-defense purposes only, NOT for preemptive strikes, a point that was made VERY clear to Sheriff Ward over and over. In other words, the men and women protesting were exercising their rights protected under the Second Amendment to protect their rights, which are to be protected under the First Amendment! To sum up the first thing we can do, start by GETTING THE NARRATIVE CORRECT, and then SPREAD the TRUTH to those still being manipulated by the lies.
#2) START SHOWING UP!
Obviously this won’t be possible for everyone, but if you are within a reasonable distance, start showing up. The group currently being held as political prisoners showed up for you when it counted, and look what it got them! It’s time we return the favor if we have the means to. and that means showing up at the prisons to visit, at local rallies, or even in the courtrooms.
#3) START GIVING!
As I said already, It’s time to stop making excuses. It’s time we either step up for liberty when it matters most, when it’s under attack, or we demonstrate to the world that we were never FOR liberty to begin with. The group being held as prisoners put their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor on the line for you, so even those folks out here living through tough times should be able to spare a few dollars to ease the suffering of those held captive, and the suffering of their loves ones.
