Why Obama Cannot Be Impeached, and Why We All Pay Dearly (Videos)
With all the talk about potential riots and the largest civil disobedience in our nation’s history over the coming election, there has been an increasing amount of discussion (and not just from me ), about Obama using the chaos and turmoil to remain in office indefinitely under Martial Law.
Based on the number of posts I’ve done on the subject, and the number of grossly misinformed people who continue to leave well thought out comments like, “Never gonna happen,” or “B.S.” (most likely without reading anything), when I came across the article below with comments from Dr. Edwin Vieira, an attorney and PhD with four degrees from Harvard, it struck me as a fantastic opportunity to wake up some naysayers.
In the video below, I review exactly why people who think Martial Law could “never happen,” are complete morons. Most of them probably have no idea that Martial Law isn’t something that’s never happened in this country. It’s occurred several times, but never with a serial criminal as our Commander In Chief.

At the end of the post, in addition to the several dozen links throughout the post supporting everything being suggested, there will be a few “must read” articles I call them, some of the more recent stories of Obama’s treasonous activity, and a list of links in chronological order laying out the case for how this election will lead to Martial Law.
WHY AN ATTORNEY AND PhD WITH 4 DEGREES FROM HARVARD SAYS OBAMA IS A CRIMINAL
Rage continues to build across this country over the obvious forged birth certificate Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama, released April 27, 2011, as do calls for his impeachment. However, Obama cannot be impeached.
Let me quote Dr. Edwin Vieira, who wrote about this back in December 2008 before Obama was “sworn” into office:
If Obama is not “a natural born Citizen” or has renounced such citizenship, he is simply not eligible for “the Office of President” (Article II, Section 1, Clause 4). That being so, he cannot be “elected” by the voters, by the Electoral College, or by the House of Representatives (see Amendment XII). For neither the voters, nor the Electors, nor members of the House can change the constitutional requirement, even by unanimous vote inter sese (see Article V). If, nonetheless, the voters, the Electors, or the members of the House purport to “elect” Obama, he will be nothing but a usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because a usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation.
If Obama dares to take the Presidential “Oath or Affirmation” of office, knowing that he is not “a natural born Citizen,” he will commit the crime of perjury or false swearing (see Article II, Section 1, Clause 7). For, being ineligible for “the Office of President,” he cannot “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,” or even execute it at all, to any degree. Thus, his very act of taking the “Oath or Affirmation” will be a violation thereof! So, even if the chief justice of the Supreme Court himself looks the other way and administers the “Oath or Affirmation,” Obama will derive no authority whatsoever from it.
Third, his purported “Oath or Affirmation” being perjured from the beginning, Obama’s every subsequent act in the usurped “Office of President” will be a criminal offense under Title 18, United States Code, Section 242.
If Obama does become an usurper posturing as “the President,” Congress cannot even impeach him because, not being the actual President, he cannot be “removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” (see Article II, Section 4).

For those who think Dr. Vieira Jr., Ph.D., J.D., is just some run-of-the-mill attorney, let me give you a very condensed bio: He holds four degrees from Harvard. For more than 30 years he has practiced law, with emphasis on constitutional issues. In the Supreme Court of the United States, he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson and Communications Workers of America v. Beck. His two volume tome, “Pieces of Eight: The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution,” is the most comprehensive study in existence of American monetary law and history viewed from a constitutional perspective.
Despite all the noise out there by Obama’s supporters, it is crystal clear the putative president was born with dual citizenship and is forever ineligible to be president.
Obama seized the office of president through fraud. As a usurper, he’s never held office. That’s what the word usurp means: to seize and hold (a position, office, power, etc.) by force or without legal right. Since he legally has never occupied the White House as president, he cannot be impeached.
Now, when I have pointed this out countless times to groups demanding impeachment, I get this response: I don’t care – we just have to get him out.
Those are people who proudly proclaim they only want to see the U.S. Constitution upheld. Those are people who state unequivocally that the usurper was never eligible to run because he’s not a natural born citizen under the U.S. Constitution.
You can’t have it both ways. In essence, what those folks are saying is we can do the same thing as Obama and his coconspirators: circumvent the Constitution.
But, the usurper has committed crimes while in office! Indeed, he has and continues to do so. Knowing he was not eligible to run, the putative president solicited campaign donations to the tune of about $700 million dollars. He can still be indicted for wire fraud.
Those who demand his impeachment are asking to set one of the worst legal precedents in our history: Any constitutionally ineligible thug can come along and buy his way into the White House. We’ll just impeach him later!

To impeach would also accomplish this: Every piece of legislation he’s signed into law would remain on the books. Let me quote Dr. Vieira one more time:
“Perhaps most importantly, Congress can pass no law while an usurper pretends to occupy “the Office of President.” The Constitution provides that “[e]very Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States” (Article I, Section 7, Clause 2). Not to a usurper posturing as “the President of the United States,” but to the true and rightful President. If no such true and rightful President occupies the White House, no “Bill” will or can, “before it become a Law, be presented to [him].” If no “Bill” is so presented, no “Bill” will or can become a “Law.” And any purported “Law” that the usurper “approve[s]” and “sign[s],” or that Congress passes over the usurper’s “Objections,” will be a nullity. Thus, if Obama deceitfully “enters office” as an usurper, Congress will be rendered effectively impotent for as long as it acquiesces in his pretenses as “President.”
Besides removing a usurper from office, that should be our second-highest consideration and why the outlaw Congress hasn’t moved against him. All 535 of them allowed this to happen, and now it’s gone so far; they don’t have the courage to take on the mess they’ve made.
The usurper can be indicted once out of office, but how to get him out? Please take the time to read my column on that process. Will he ever be indicted for his crimes? With enough public pressure, it can happen because his handlers would simply throw him under the bus as a liability.
There will be a massive push to keep the putative president off the ballot in dozens of states. It will come from candidates who understand the process discussed in my column above. Mark my words, what’s coming will be a nightmare for the DNC and Obama’s handlers. Time is running out for them to find another viable candidate; something will have to give. One way or the other, Obama’s crimes are going to catch up with him, but please stop working toward setting the wrong legal precedent. It’s beyond frustrating, I know, but either we live our words in supporting the U.S. Constitution or we take the wrong road opening the door for another ineligible candidate with enough money and corrupt individuals behind him to seize the office of president.

WHAT IS MARTIAL LAW
It’s time to get serious and begin taking steps to prepare your household for what is increasingly looking like the inevitability of Martial Law. Typically, the imposition of martial law is accompanied by CONFISCATION OF FIREARMS AND SUPPLIES, curfews, the suspension of civil law, suspension of civil rights, habeas corpus, and the application or extension of military law or military justice to civilians. Civilians defying martial law may be subjected to military tribunal (court-martial).
In the United States, for the last 137 years “pre-Obama,” during times OTHER THAN Martial Law, Americans have been protected by the the Posse Comitatus Act, which forbids military involvement in domestic law enforcement without congressional approval. That’s not to say however, that a state of Martial Law has never been declared in this country. The people who keep saying, “never gonna happen,” might want to pick up a history book. It hasn’t been that long since the last time, but no President has ever tried to use Martial Law as an excuse to remain in the White House. Obama has set the record for quite a few “firsts” for President.

THAT is the really the only difference with Martial Law now versus in our nation’s history. We’ve all seen how much deference Obama gives to the Constitution, and his incessant scheming to use it as a weapon against the American people. The Posse Comitatus Act was the old days though. Now we have Captain “Hope and Change” in the Oval Office, and the Posse Comitatus Act has been tossed aside by a treasonous thug determined to rule over his subjects by executive fiat or by using his “phone and a pen.” Most people don’t even know back in July 2015, Obama signed an Executive Order permanently implementing Martial Law.
WHAT REASONS WOULD OBAMA HAVE TO WANT TO IMPLEMENT MARTIAL LAW
Seriously? The question should be more like, “Is there any reason Obama would ever consider leaving the Oval Office at the end of his term, other than on a chartered flight out of the country immediately?”
As explained above by Dr. Vieira, Obama has never held the office legally. He seized the office of president through fraud. Since he legally has never occupied the White House as president, he cannot be impeached, but he HAS committed crimes while in office! He has and CONTINUES to do so. Knowing he was not eligible to run, the putative president solicited campaign donations to the tune of about $700 million dollars. He can still be indicted for wire fraud at the very LEAST!

Putting aside the notion that Obama would never want to leave office because he’s a raging narcissistic sociopath who’s drunk on power, and forgetting for a moment what Dr. Vieira explained how NONE of the bills signed into law by Obama (Obamacare and all) are valid laws because “Congress can pass no law while an usurper pretends to occupy ‘the Office of President,’” Obama has PLENTY of reasons not to want to leave office. Under any GOP President Obama could be likely to face justice for the crimes he’s committed while in office as well usurping the office. It’s lose/lose for Obama. Either be on chartered flight out of the country, or find a way to stay in office.

WHAT EVIDENCE IS THERE OBAMA HAS BEEN PLANNING FOR MARTIAL LAW
For the naysayers who aren’t convinced Obama intends to declare Martial Law, and need more evidence, I point them to what we KNOW without a doubt because the hard evidence was obtained and published by the Washington Times in a 2014 Article. The article contained an Obama administration memo that specifically mentioned by name: a 2010 Pentagon Directive No. 3025.18, known as the “Defense Support of Civil Authorities,” which gives Obama authority to violate the Posse Comitatus Act and using our own troops against us on American soil.
Imagine that! As far back as 2010, Obama was already making plans to use our own military against us. Something else we know FOR SURE is that back in July 2015, Obama signed an Executive Order permanently implementing Martial Law. Furthermore, back in 2012 Infowars reported on an academic study about the future use of the military as a peacekeeping force within the United States written by a retired Army Colonel depicted a shocking scenario in which the U.S. Army is used to restore order to a town that has been seized by Tea Party “insurrectionists”.

The study also focused on how authorities would use propaganda through the media to “present a picture of the federal response and the inevitable defeat of the insurrection.” The study then dovetailed with a recently leaked U.S. Army manual that reveals plans for the military to carry out “Civil Disturbance Operations” during which troops will be used domestically to quell riots, CONFISCATE FIREARMS AND SUPPLIES, and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.
The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through temporary internment camps under the guidance of U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations, which outlines how internees would be “re-educated” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States. In a recent post, a former US Army Officer says the 2016 election don’t even matter. We’ll be under Martial Law by then. The story details the detention camps mentioned by Infowars, and includes the following video of Obama himself explaining his intentions:

For the icing on the cake as to Obama’s intentions, in the post titled Former Military Officer: The 2016 Election Doesn’t Even Matter, Bill White makes the comment:
“Obama might be crazy, but the line between crazy and genius is often a fine one. Just look at Hitler. He was both crazy and a genius at the same time. Obama might just be the same sort. So it’s quite conceivable that he signed those executive orders because he was expecting to use them.”

Seriously? With the comments made by various groups throughout this election season, Obama may HAVE to declare Martial Law whether he wants to, or not. People are either grossly misinformed or in denial if they think it would be a stretch for Obama to pull it off. There has already been a report from a former federal prosecutor that Obama expects a race war to ignite by this summer, allowing him to implement martial law. George Soros’s new group “Democracy Spring” which funds groups like Black Lies Matter has PROMISED the largest civil disobedience uprising in the nation’s history if Trump gets the nomination. Prominent Black Lives Matter activist and rapper Tef Poe recently tweeted a message for “white people”:
“If Donald Trump wins the presidency, “niggas” will incite riots everywhere.”
Not enough racial tension for you? How about the fact that last weekend there was an armed standoff at a protest between militant Black Panthers and a group of Muslims outside a Dallas mosque. There’s also the REAL reason Trump canceled his rally in Chicago, and it wasn’t over people crashing his rally like the media said. Take a look below at the chilling video footage of a huge Muslim protest where marchers were screaming “Death to America” on the streets of Chicago, and the mainstream media was completely silent on that too.

Even if groups hadn’t already PROMISED the largest civil disobedience uprising in the nation’s history if Trump gets the nomination, Obama already has the #BlackLivesMatter people at his beck and call, as well as lots of radical Muslims. He could use either group, or both, to start social unrest and violence, to the point where it looks like declaring martial law is the only thing he can do to protect the country. Then, with martial law in place, he can suspend the elections or the change in office, or even suspend the Constitution in its entirety, sending Congress home.

The fact is, there is more than enough evidence to suggest Obama has plans to stay in office, and the only means by which for him to accomplish that would be via Martial Law. As for his “true intentions,” no one can say 100% for sure, but once again, consider the Obama administration memo that was leaked to the Washington Times in 2014 detailing Obama’s plans to violate the Posse Comitatus Act, and using our own troops against us on American soil. Let’s also not forget that this past July, Obama signed an Executive Order permanently implementing Martial Law, and consider the article below. Conservative Tribune Writes:
Commentator Jamie Dech predicted that President Barack Obama might try to leverage his “political and media infrastructure” to usurp the presidential election by either inserting himself as a candidate or using martial law to automatically extend his presidency by four more years.
“I believe, depending on Republican race results and possible agitation in the aftermath, it’s possible Obama could try for a ‘third term,’” he wrote Tuesday for Eagle Rising. “I don’t think he wants to give up the White House next January, if he can help it.”
In defending this ominous theory, Dech first pointed to what Obama said last July, when he claimed that voters would re-elect him if given the opportunity.
“I think if I ran, I could win,” he said while delivering a speech in Ethiopia. “But I can’t.”

Dech also highlighted the increasing number of riots and protests being carried out by members of the Black Lives Matters movement and other groups tied to billionaire liberal George Soros — and wondered whether these events could be used to institute martial law.
“So, if there is massive unrest by groups like ‘Black Lives Matter’ — enough to cause a need for martial law, with National Guard action and all – then, if he declares himself king of the White House, how would he be stopped?” he asked.
“Just remember immediately after 9/11 how the country, as a whole, supported George Bush Jr. as he headed the country into a war,” the commentator continued.
Now just imagine Obama using an outburst of violence to “unite” the country under the guise of his so-called leadership.
These theories might seem a bit outlandish, but just consider the many times that Obama already violated the Constitution. The fact is that a man who cares this little about the rule of law is a man capable of anything.

You shouldn’t put down this piece in such a way. You are right by suggesting that President Obama cannot be stopped now, but it may be attempted, or at least it is courageous and honorable, to slow him down from doing more damages.
President Obama is on his way to become a global tyrant, once the betrayed United States -by him, will have been overrun by the enemies -accomplices of him. President Obama, could become the General Secretary of the United Nations no later than December 31, 2016 (this appointed position within the UN will be up for grab by this date).
President Obama is very popular worldwide outside of the United States. This is a fact, which will facilitate this eventual position as General Secretary from which he will direct the UN troops which troops will enforce the very same martial laws that he will have signed as a still sitting President.

This article/video is so annoying and pointless that it demands a response.
First off, Vieira’s article is “Stand up or Step Down” came out in October 2008, and that article had all the quotes which the author is referencing here. Obviously eight years make the article quite dated, and hardly new news.
In that article, Stand Up or Step Down”, Vieira is arguing essentially about the birth certificate, evidently assuming that Obama’s is not valid, although the terms of natural born are not actually discussed. In fact Viera wiht his Harvard Law degree and 3 other degrees, is no more an authority on natural born, because law schools do not teach the terms of natural born citizen. In fact those who attend Law school are no more experts on the subject of the Constitution, because they don’t teach the Constitution, but rather teach Constitution Law, which is the manipulation nad abuse of the Constitution by legal precedent.
Furthermore the author’s comment that that Obama cannot be natural born because of “dual citizenship” is false. Citizenship has to do with one’s status in the society by lLAW, and the terms of natural born citizen deal with natural membership in society, regardless of law, which is a large portion of why we do not see natural born citizen defined in law. Obama is not a natural born citizen because he had “dual allegiance” (not citizenship) upon birth. But then neither McCain, Cruz, Rubio, or Jindal are natural born citizens either.
Also Vieira’s argument that Obama cannot be impeached because he was never legitimately elected, is pretty much a moot philosophical argument, having little bearing on the fact of Obama’s occupation of the office. There are others that have argued that Obama can and must be impeached, regardless of the legitimacy of his election. Both of these arguments are entirely academic, having no chance of seeing the light of reaity. The fact is Obama occupies the office of President, and there has been no chance of him being impeached given that the Democrats cling to party and ideology before country, and the Republicans choose political opportunism over country as well.
Of note, the author’s assurance that he will tell us “why Obama cannot be impeached” is never forthcoming, despite this reference even being in the title. Obama could, theoretically, be duck-walked out of the White House, without any impeachment whatsoever, however this is entirely academic as well, and will not happen because those with the muscle to do so would not act without being told they have the legal authority and obligation, and a great many in Congress will assert that Obama was “duly elected” twice by the overwhelming “will of the people”, as if we were a Democracy. It would turn our government and society into a bloodbath.
The fact that we are deliberately not a Democracy, and that we have a government illegitimate in all three branches, that is no longer operating by the terms of the Constitution, are the issues the author should be commenting upon.
