It’s Working! Congress Preparing to Override Obama’s Radical Social Security Gun Grab!

We are running out of time. We are already a quarter of the way through the comment period on Obama’s new elderly American gun ban and if we don’t put a stop to this right now.
According to the law, there are essentially three ways that the government can disarm someone for health reasons. The individual needs to be addicted to an illegal drug, they need to be adjudicated “mentally defective,” or they need to have been involuntarily admitted (against their will) to a mental health institution.
Those are the only legal ways.
Obama announced this month that he is creating a new disarmament criteria out of thin air. He will be giving the Social Security Administration’s list of disabled beneficiaries to the FBI for civilian disarmament. And he is daring you to stop him!
This program is a carbon copy of what Obama has done in the VA. Veterans returning from Afghanistan and Iraq were given the option to have a family member help manage their finances for them. Many took this offer because it would make their life easier having a friend or family member able to deposit their benefits checks.
What the VA didn’t tell them is that by accepting a designated or representative payee, they were also signing away their 2nd Amendment rights!
Some counts put it at over 100,000 veterans who have been disarmed in this manner.
This program has been such a “success” that Obama is replicating it in the Social Security Administration now.
There are hundreds of thousands of retired and disabled Americans who have been convinced to assign a designated payee to help them pay the bills.
In some cases, a designated payee can be assigned for reasons as simple as the beneficiary not having access to a car and needing someone to drop their benefits checks off at the bank or to pick up their prescriptions.
Last time I checked, the Constitution makes no mention of needing a car in order to enjoy 2nd Amendment rights…
Some have representative payees because of physical handicaps. The law and the Constitution make no mention of needing to be 100% physically able in order to enjoy Constitutional rights.
Others assign a designated payee because they are just horrible at paying bills on-time. I know plenty of people who need help from their significant others in order to make sure the cable bill or mortgage gets in on-time. That doesn’t mean they should be disqualified from owning or buying a gun!
This is what we are up against. This is the most concerted effort to disarm Americans that we have seen in decades. The Obama administration has even set a quota of seventy-five thousand disarmaments that must be met before Obama leaves office.
The good thing is that even in the midst of this complete lawlessness, the President has still put this new program through the public and Congressional comment period.
That means there’s still time to stop it!
Many pieces of legislation have been introduced to dismantle this unconstitutional gun control program. The most likely bill to pass would have to be the Social Security Beneficiary 2nd Amendment Rights Protection Act, which has 124 co-sponsors and growing.
Last year, Obama’s ATF tried to ban some of the most popular ammunition in America. We were one of the first to report on it and after we bombarded Congress with faxes, the ATF ultimately relented.
If you don't act and force Congress to push this legislation along, tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of law-abiding Americans will be forcibly disarmed for no reason other than needing help with their finances.
You can still stop this! But you need to get loud right now and tell Congress that this is an absolute priority!
