Trump asks son-in-law to help prepare for White House transition – report | 06 May 2016 | Donald Trump, days after he emerged as the presumptive Republican nominee, has reportedly tasked his son-in-law to work with his campaign and help set up a transition team should he win the White House. Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump's husband, will help craft the team, the latest in his efforts to aide his father-in-law's presidential bid, The New York Times reported Friday. When asked about the Times report, Trump spokesperson Hope Hicks told CNN that the campaign would announce the transition team in the upcoming weeks.
