Even More Republicans Surrender, Agree to Vote For Obama’s Radical Supreme Court Nominee!

When Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland to replace Justice Antonin Scalia, he never expected the GOP-led Senate to confirm him. This was just a ploy to hurt Republican Senators’ re-election efforts.
Never in his wildest dreams, however, did the President think the Republicans would cave so quickly under pressure.
In 2012, Justice Scalia asked that after he is gone, “please, don’t replace me with a leftist.” That was his only request. Now, Republicans are preparing to do just that!
The vote is just now days away. This issue has revealed that there are more than enough turncoat Republicans to side with the Democrats to get Obama’s nominees through.
Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ) was the most recent Senator to come out and say that Garland was a judge of “great accomplishment and intellect.”
What was great? Was it Garland’s support of allowing the government to keep a registry of gun owners in violation of the law (NRA v Reno)? Or maybe it was his decision against the 1st Amendment’s free speech protections (Wagner v FEC)? Or perhaps it was his vote against re-hearing Seegars v Gonzales, proving that he does not believe the 2nd Amendment should protect an individual right to keep and bear arms.
Do you know what? Maybe Jeff Flake and these other RINOs are referring to Rancho Viejo, LLC v. Norton, where Garland ruled that if a corporation purchases land and plans to develop it, the government can come in and stop the entire project for its environmental impact.
Across the board, this man is a legislate-from-the-bench liberal who is wholly unfit to replace Justice Antonin Scalia.
The Democrats have all the votes they need. We have now surpassed the 16 GOP votes necessary to push this radical nominee through on their own. They are threatening to force a vote.
There is already talk in Washington of just holding hearings and a vote to see what happens.
It is up to YOU to make sure these Congressmen and Senators know that is unacceptable!

The Founders believed that every generation would face a moment when liberty would need to be defended, when brave Patriots would be called to arms.
This is that moment!
Merrick Garland will rewrite the 1st and 2nd Amendments and do untold damage by legislating from the bench and destroying the separation of powers.
Don’t let the Republicans surrender!
