Love thy Neighbor Orlando style
In the midst of the tragedy in Orlando, Chic-Fli-A quietly supported the efforts of the blood drive that was going on because of the massacre.. The “media” want you to think of the owners of Chic-Fli-A as hate filled Christians but that is far from the case. The Chic-Fli-A in Orlando quietly opened on a Sunday not to start serving customers (they are closed on Sunday in observance of protecting that day for family and worship) but to cook up their famous chicken sandwiches and gallons of sweet tea.
They didn’t notify the media, they didn’t send out a press release, they did what any other southern person would do in the wake of a death. They sent food to feed the volunteers that came out to give blood at the blood drive.
For those people that don’t understand Christians there are good and bad just like all people. Most Christians have their beliefs but that doesn’t mean they want to see harm done to people. It just means they have certain morals that they adhere to just like any belief. Hindus have sacred cows, Muslims pray 4 times a day, and Christians follow the rules of the Bible. True Christians want people to be safe and follow YAHWEH.
