Turncoat Republicans Now Have Enough Votes to Pass Gun Control

(Before It's News)

Fellow Conservative,

The United States Senate just held another gun control vote. This one wasn’t heavily publicized on television or covered in depth by reporters.

The vote was led by Republicans and was over Senator Susan Collins’ (R-ME) bill to eliminate due process and give the government the power to disarm anyone that is “suspected” of being a terrorist. No more forcing the government to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt…

This bill would essentially make gun owners guilty until proven innocent.

If 51 Senators had voted against the bill in this test vote, it would have been killed forever.

That didn’t happen.

This unconstitutional gun control bill received 54 votes in favor of it, meaning that it will inevitably move forward to a full floor vote in the near future.

All the RINOs and Liberals have to do is convince 6 more Senators to switch sides and this bill will pass.

There’s a reason that they did everything they could to keep this vote a secret. They saw the backlash last week from patriots like you and wanted to hold a test vote without incurring the wrath of their constituents.

Well, the cat’s out of the bag.

Don’t let Mitch McConnell and the turncoat Republicans stage another gun control vote! FaxBlast and FORCE Congress to kill any and all gun control bills!

Just so we’re clear… Mitch McConnell and the Republicans staged this vote on gun control to gauge support for gun control.

Before putting another bill up for a full floor-vote, they wanted to make sure their goal of civilian disarmament had bipartisan support before they risked backlash.

It does.

Both Republicans and Democrats voted for Senator Collins’ “compromise” gun control bill. It would give the Federal government the power to disarm you and suspend your 2nd Amendment rights without even having to charge you with a crime. The “compromise” portion is the fact that disarmed citizens will get to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket in legal fees to fight to get their rights back in court.

Many of the Democrats who voted against it did so because they believed the bill doesn’t go far enough. They don’t want an appeals process at all. As soon as they accept this is all they’re getting, they’ll switch their votes and the bill will have enough votes for passage.

On top of that, Collins herself has said that she has spoken to 10 more Republicans that plan to bow to the pressure and vote for her bill the next time it comes up for a vote.

Remember, it only takes 6 more Democrats or RINOs to switch sides and this bill will pass. Liberal organizations are already rallying behind this unconstitutional bill and calling on hard-line Democrats to vote for it. The votes are there. They have enough votes for passage.

At literally any time, this bill can be brought to a floor vote. If that happens, it will pass.

Republicans are chomping at the bit to abolish your 2nd and 5th Amendment rights and they will likely succeed… Unless YOU stop them!

You have helped kill gun control bills in the past! Raise your voice and DEMAND that Congress block the Collins gun control bill from ever coming to a vote!

Sincerely,

Joe Otto
