Breaking: Hillary Clinton Admits She Broke The Law!

Wow. Just… wow.
Donald Trump is playing chess and Hillary Clinton is playing checkers. Not only did Trump succeed in inserting himself into an entire news cycle during the Democrats’ own convention, but he got Hillary Clinton’s campaign to admit that their candidate violated the Espionage Act.
Let me explain…
Yesterday, Trump, half-jokingly, told Russia to release (if they have them) the 33,000 “private” emails that Hillary Clinton chose to delete off of her server. He didn’t call on them to hack her. The server is no longer operational. Anything the Russians could have would be months, if not years, old.
Here’s the statement Hillary’s campaign released:
“This has to be the first time that a major presidential candidate has actively encouraged a foreign power to conduct espionage against his opponent… This has gone from being a matter of curiosity, and a matter of politics, to being a national security issue.”
Do you see what I see? The Hillary Clinton campaign just admitted that Hillary Clinton’s use of private email constitutes a “national security issue!”
Either Hillary Clinton is innocent and the Democrats are telling the truth, in which case Russia only has personal emails related to yoga classes and Chelsea Clinton’s wedding. Or Hillary Clinton violated the Federal Records Act and Espionage Act, meaning that Russian possession of her emails would constitute a national security attack.
Do you see the catch-22?
They can’t have it both ways. They can’t claim that Hillary is completely innocent and simultaneously suggest that her being hacked would constitute a national security issue.
They could have just as easily have said that Russia should enjoy reading through Hillary’s personal emails with friends and family.
But that’s not what the campaign released. They released a statement saying that if Hillary Clinton’s emails were compromised, it would be a “national security issue.”
The Espionage Act statute deals with “whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense” and prescribes prison time for anyone who “through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed.”
Hillary Clinton removed Classified and Top Secret information from “its proper place of custody.” The only way that Trump could be encouraging Russia to breach our ‘national security’ would be if Hillary Clinton allowed the information in her possession to be “lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed.”
Isn’t this amazing?
We have a unique opportunity. When Congress returns, they will vote on whether to hold Hillary Clinton in Contempt of Congress.
No less than three times, Hillary Clinton lied or made false statements before Congress under oath.
She declared under oath that she never sent any emails with information marked as classified. She absolutely did.
She asserted that she handed over all of her work-related emails. She didn’t even come close.
And she claimed that her attorneys went through all of her emails before deciding what to turn over and what to delete. She knew for a fact that they hadn’t.
Now, we have an admission that the contents of her server were vital to national security.
Congress has every right to hold Hillary Clinton in Contempt of Congress. Hillary lied under oath.
If the FBI and DOJ were impartial, a Grand Jury would already be empaneled. But they chose to let Hillary Clinton slide. Luckily, if Congress holds her in Contempt, then they can bypass the DOJ and FBI entirely!
Whether Hillary Clinton is punished for the crime she committed, or for the cover-up she perpetrated, is irrelevant.
Prison is prison. Don’t you want to send her there?
