The entire supply lines of the terrorist groups came under the grip of the Syrian government forces.

The Syrian army killed and wounded scores of the ISIL militants in Aleppo province.

The Syrian army also inflicted heavy losses on the terrorist groups in other key province across Syria.

Dara’a

The Syrian army artillery units opened heavy fire at the logistical vehicles of the militant groups on a road near the town of al-Naima, cutting off the road for several hours.

The Syrian army artillery attack destroyed several vehicles of the militants on the way connecting the villages of Seida and Um-Mayazen near the border with Jordan.

The Syrian soldiers also stormed strongholds of the terrorist groups in Eastern side of Nursing school in Dara’a al-Mahatta neighborhood and in Busra al-Sham-Smad road in Eastern countryside of Dara’a city, inflicting major losses on the terrorists.

Homs

The Syrian warplanes, in a fresh round of combat sorties, traced and targeted a long column of ISIL’s military vehicles on a road in the Eastern side of the ancient city of Palmyra (Tadmur), causing serious damage on the convoy.

The army aircraft pounded ISIL’s convoy near the desert town of al-Sukhneh in Eastern Homs, leaving most of the militant vehicles damaged.

In the meantime, the Syrian fighter jets targeted ISIL’s gathering centers near the town of Khneifes in Southern side of Palmyra, which not only claimed the lives of several militants but destroyed their machinegun-equipped vehicles.

Lattakia

Two top commanders of the ISIL terrorist group in Homs and a notorious field commander of Ajnad al-Sham in Lattakia were killed in battles with the Syrian army.

ISIL confirmed in its media pages Hamed Mayouf al-Enzi and Aka Abu Dua’a were killed in Jubb al-Jarrah battlefields in Homs province.

Idlib

Al-Tahrir Army, affiliated to the Free Syrian Army, said in a statement that one of the senior field commanders of the group and his brothers have been abducted by the al-Qaeda-affiliated al-Nusra Front in the city of Idlib.

“Mohammad Abdolhay al-Ahmadi al-Ghaabi alongside his two brothers were captured and transferred to an unknown place by al-Nusra fighters,” the group said in statement, adding, “Al-Nusra militants stormed the house of al-Ghaabi’s father, and abducted al-Ghaabi and his brothers.”

“Fierce clashes erupted between the fighters of al-Nusra and al-Tahrir Army after the abduction of the latter commander.

Al-Tahrir said also in its statement that al-Nusra has thus far abducted nearly 40 of its forces.
