Media Blames Truck, Not Terrorists or Islam, For Nice Attack

Really it’s the ‘fully automatic assault trucks’ that should be banned, or the Rubber tires that made it possible for the truck to go so quickly. Put a higher tax on Rubber, so these things will not happen in the future. Maybe just make trucks unable to move without having restricted wheels and tires fitted. Just make Rubber tires harder to obtain, so these sorts of killings are stopped.
Cut down all the Rubber trees. 
There’s been too many ‘hit and runs’ with trucks. Make handbrakes harder to release than they are now. Then trucks won’t be able to move so fast. Restrict trucks movement to 40 kph, so they can’t do any damage to anyone.
When trucks start to move forward, they must have their horns on, to warn the people in front of them to let them know they could be victims of another run away truck attack.
I’ve got some more ideas for “trucks gone rouge”.
Only allow 30 pounds of air in their tires, so the killer trucks can’t go so quick.
If you want more air in the tires, you have to go through a psychiatric mental test, to see if you can control these rouge trucks, that become killers.
Don’t leave lots of trucks together. Have no more than 3 trucks parked with each other, for fear of them getting bad ideas.
Ban the movie, about a rouge truck called, “Duel”.
Make all trucks ‘manual’, not ‘fully automatic’.
Restrict trucks to a maximum of 3.5 meters long and build them from ‘light material’ like what they make Bean Bags from, so they can’t hurt anyone.
Maybe ban trucks on the roads all together. Only have floating trucks, so they can only travel on water and not on the land. I think I’m onto something there.
Make trucks only go in circles, so they can’t drive down straight roads and hit people in front of them.
