Trump Campaign Denounces Former KKK Grand Wizard Robocalls, but the Damage is Done

(Before It's News)

The relationship between David Duke, former Grand Wizard of the KKK, and Republican Donald Trump has been something of a weird one. You’ll recall Trump failed to denounce Duke and the KKK during an interview with Jake Tapper, only to flip-flop on it later, and blame the moment on a faulty earpiece.

Despite being later denounced, David Duke is an adamant Trump supporter who generated robocalls to encourage people to vote for Trump in the interest of their race and heritage.

“I’ll tell the truth that no other candidate will dare say. Unless massive immigration is stopped now, we’ll be out-numbered and out-voted in our own nation. It’s happening. We’re losing our gun rights, our free speech. We’re taxed to death. We’re losing our jobs and businesses to unfair trade. We’re losing our country. Look at the Super Bowl salute to the Black Panther cop killers.”

The Trump campaign wasted little time in denouncing Duke, though at this point, the relationship between the two is something palpable in the public eye. Enough to the point where Hillary Clinton made a campaign video specifically addressing the relationship between the Trump campaign and openly racist elements in America.

From Politico:

“Mr. Trump has continued to denounce David Duke and any group or individual associated with a message of hate,” the Trump campaign said in a statement to POLITICO. “There is no place for this in the Republican Party or our country. We have no knowledge of these calls or any related activities, but strongly condemn and disavow.”

It’s hard to take this disavowing seriously when anyone who spoke out openly against Trump on social media has likely had some sort of racially driven attack on them in the form of Nazi inspired twitter accounts, anti-semitic attacks, and other forms of racism disguised as “race realism.”

In fact, the core of Trump’s supporters, known as the “alt-right,” frequently use the word “cuck” to describe political opponents. “Cuck” is short for cuckold, and refers to people of other races coming in and taking over a nation with values not originating from a European origin.

The Trump campaign disavowing Duke will do little to shake the faith of Duke, and those like him, as they believe Trump is saying what he has to do get the vote, and will whiten America once in office.
