Turncoats: GOP Preparing To Confirm Obama’s Radical Supreme Court Judge

It is no secret that this election has not only drawn a line in the sand within the GOP but also revealed many of the RINO Congressmen and Senators for who they really are.
Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ) was part of the “Gang of Eight” that pushed a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens. It isn’t all that surprising that he would oppose a candidate who wants to enforce our immigration laws.
Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) was one of the four GOP Senators who voted in favor of the 2013 gun control push to create a universal registry of American guns. So no, it is not a shock that she would rather vote for Hillary Clinton.
But the really stark contrast we can now see is over the Supreme Court. The next President will have the ability to fill between three and five Supreme Court slots, based on the age of the Justices and the average age of retirement.
We are hearing from Congressional sources that the GOP is preparing to confirm Obama’s radical Supreme Court nominee regardless of who wins the election. These RINOs would rather have Obama’s anti-gun nominee than anyone else.
It really doesn’t get any more obvious than this.
For GOP members to be pushing forward to confirm a Democratic lame-duck President’s nominee tells you pretty much all you need to know about these so-called conservatives.
They must be stopped.
The next Supreme Court nominee will have the power to push the Court in whatever direction he/she chooses.
The next Supreme Court will decide whether the 2nd Amendment protects an individual right, as found in the Heller v DC decision, or only protects the rights of National Guard members have an individual own guns, which was the focus of the case’s dissent, which Hillary Clinton supports.
The next Supreme Court will decide whether the government has unlimited power to regulate paid political speech during an election season. If you talk about politics and it costs money to do so, Hillary wants to regulate it.
The current Supreme Court had a 4-4 tie in determining whether the President has the power to rewrite the law to give amnesty to illegal aliens. The next Justice added to the bench will decide whether the law has meaning or whether the President should have the power to scrap it at will.
There is a reason that Obama has formally asked the Supreme Court to re-evaluate its decision on his amnesty program. He is hoping for a different outcome… he is expecting another Judge to be added to the bench to break the tie!
There is too much at stake to allow Obama to replace Justice Scalia with a radical like Merrick Garland who would undo not only many of Scalia’s biggest achievements, but also rewrite parts of the Constitution itself.
The GOP leadership is already making plans to cave on this. They are planning to push Garland through committee prior to the election and then hold a final confirmation vote just after Election Day, regardless of the outcome.
The future of this country is literally at stake. What is happening now behind closed door will decide the future of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
They CANNOT be allowed to surrender!
The people leading this charge are definitely in the minority, but their numbers are irrelevant because they hold positions of power within Congress.
They don’t need to convince the entire Republican caucus to get on board. They just need 16 total Republicans to vote with the Democrats and they will succeed in putting Obama’s judge on the Supreme Court.
By our count, they are close to hitting their mark if they haven’t already surpassed it already. If you add the number of Senators who have said they will vote to confirm Garland to the number who have admitted they are open to it, then there are more than enough votes…
They have to be stopped!
Every generation has a moment when they have the opportunity to resist tyranny and the dissolving of their liberties or stand by and watch it happen. This is your moment!
You need to get loud… you need to get louder than ever before and demand that these GOP turncoats be prevented from surrendering the Supreme Court, and the future of the country, to these leftists!
