Wow: Iran Caught Arming Itself, Given Illegal Exemption By Obama

This is unbelievable.
The administration billed the Iran Nuclear Deal as the pinnacle achievement of Obama’s presidency. The whole thing is a sham.
Earlier this week, Iran began moving Russian-made surface-to-air missile batteries in and around its Fordow nuclear facility. If that name sounds familiar, it should. It is the only facility where Iran was allowed to continue enriching uranium and keep its centrifuges operational.
It is also one of the facilities that can refuse a UN inspection for weeks on end. So, you need to ask yourself why Iran would be hardening it’s anti-air defenses around its nuclear facility if it is remaining compliant to the nuclear deal.
The White House says the news of these new anti-air missiles is “concerning.” That’s the understatement of the year.
The truth is that we are now learning that Iran was given a number of secret exceptions and exemptions pertaining to its nuclear weapons program. The Obama administration gave the American people lies. The agreement that was formally presented to Congress was a lie. It did not account for these “exemptions.”
Obama broke the law. Period.
This isn’t the first time we’ve learned of one of these “side deals.” Another side deal was revealed two months ago, completely amending the deal that Congress approved.
The contents of these side agreements and ‘exemptions’ weren’t even submitted to Congress for approval. These documents were deliberately withheld.
The Iran Nuclear Agreement Act of 2015 – now Public Law 114-17 – was absolutely clear:
“Not later than 5 calendar days after reaching an agreement with Iran relating to the nuclear program of Iran, the President shall transmit to the appropriate congressional committees and leadership— ‘‘(A) the agreement, as defined in subsection (h)(1), including all related materials and annexes.”
As you remember, Congress did not vote on the agreement as a treaty. If they had, it would only have taken 34 Senators to vote against the agreement to kill it. Instead they crafted legislation to allow the agreement to pass much more easily, as long as certain conditions were met. One of those conditions was that the administration had to turn over every single document of the agreement to Congress.
Obama didn’t do that. Month after month, we learn of new side deals that Congress was not privy to.
Obama broke the law. The entire Iran nuclear deal is null and void. Not like that really matters, considering that Iran is literally hardening its nuclear facility in preparation of a strike.
They aren’t abiding by the deal anyway…
Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL) is leading the charge to invalidate this suicidal nuclear agreement.
“Of course the administration has not told lawmakers this and of course it’s sadly predicable,” Roskam declared. “There’s no celebration in the fact that the administration has gotten this [deal] wrong at conceivably every level. It is severe news and it has to be dealt with.”
He went on to say that the agreement never passed Congress because these vital side-deals were deliberately obscured.
From the beginning, we warned that this agreement didn’t sufficiently deal with the threat Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility poses. Iran is allowed to self-inspect the facility and the results are not allowed to be publicized. We’re relying on the honor system and essentially a promise that Iran isn’t building a nuclear weapon.
Meanwhile, the Iranians setting up anti-air missile batteries right outside this nuclear facility.
It takes a real idiot not to see what is happening year. But Obama isn’t an idiot. He knows exactly what he is doing.
He is letting Iran get the bomb. The deal was crafted to facilitate nuclear weapons research and Iran’s decision to install Russian missiles only confirms what they are doing.
The Obama administration once claimed that the sanctions could be reapplied at a minute’s notice. That is pretty much the only truthful thing that came out of the President’s mouth surrounding this deal.
As I said, Rep. Roskam is leading the charge in getting this deal invalidated and the sanctions reapplied. This would also stop the Obama administration for sending any more cargo planes full of cash to the Iranian regime.
