Donald Trump revealed his ambitious to-do list for the first 100 days of a Trump presidency during a speech at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Trump called his agenda a “Contract with the American Voter,” and said it “begins with restoring honesty, accountability and change to Washington.”

Trump vowed to take six major steps during the first 100 days:

  • A Constitutional amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress.
  • Hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce that workforce through attrition, exempting jobs in the military, public safety and public health.
  • Require that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated.
  • Five-year ban on White House and congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service.
  • Lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government.
  • Complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.

Trump also said that if elected his administration would try to undo an emerging deal in which AT&T will buy Time Warner, which would create a major media conglomerate and undo Comcast’s 2013 acquisition of NBC Universal:

As an example of the power structure I’m fighting, AT&T is buying Time Warner and thus CNN, a deal we will not approve in my administration because it’s too much concentration of power in the hands of too few. Deals like this destroy democracy.

Trump also complained that a “corrupt” media is fabricating stories in order to make him “look as bad and dangerous as possible,” and “trying to suppress” his voice.

Trump also said would label China as a currency manipulator.

Unfortunately for Trump, The Donald stepped on this drain the swamp speech which may have resonated with voters. He began by vowing to sue every woman who has accused him of sexual assault or other inappropriate behavior:

All of these liars will be sued once the election is over, I look so forward to doing that.

Trump also suggested Clinton or the Democratic National Committee put the women up to it.
