The 2017 Texas legislative session is set to open January 10, 2017, but bills are already in the process of being filed. Please keep an eye out on the link in the sidebar or http://www.weapon-blog.com/2017-texas-legislative-roundup/ for the latest on all bills relating to firearms. I would advise you to contact your elected officials and ask for their support on any and all bills that you are in favor of. For bills that you do not approve of, it would be worth your time to explain and/or educate your elected officials on why the bill is bad.
