(Before It's News)

In the first part of his very first address to a joint session of Congress President Trump dropped some very tasty nuggets regarding lobbying and deregulation.

Trump announced that he will impose a five year ban on lobbying by anyone up to five years after their departure from executive office and a lifetime ban on lobbying on behalf of foreign nations.

The President also announced he has set up a “deregulation task force” inside of every government agency. For every one new regulation two old ones must be eliminated.

POTUS also went on to discuss immigration and the war on radical Islamic terrorism.

.@POTUS: “We have undertaken a historic effort to massively reduce job crushing regulations.” https://t.co/OJYBoBsiIM #JointAddress pic.twitter.com/Tjsh0YrwTc
