Basically, it suspends all due process in any arrest for anything including criticizing the government or probably the SPLC and ADL since they are currently trying to pass the same thing in Israel.
Add to that the passage in the EU of the Lisbon treaty in which anyone arrested for protesting is subject to the death penalty, so you see, this is getting to be extremely serious. The question becomes how do you want to live and how do you want to die. Fascist global dictatorship or Freedom? The answer to that question will determine what we decide to do about it. Remember, teason is involved here because they intend to use foreign troops to do the deed and that is full blown treason and watch what the blackwater contractors did to a very senior citizen in Katrina. This is why its important to watch this video and all they have and will continue to do to demolish our sovereign republic.
