(Before It's News)

Vatic Note:  I just had an idea.  Why don’t we circulate an amendment to the Constitution to remove the states of New York, Illinois, and California from the Union and encourage all businesses, persons, individuals and idealist nation loving people to relocate to other states that are supporting the Constitution and Bill of Rights?  Then Bloomberg and Swartzenegger can show those who stay what it will be like to live under a Hitler/Zionist Nazi’s.  Just a thought.

(NaturalNews)–In response to current efforts by federal occupying powers to scrap the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and eliminate the freedom of Americans to own firearms, the state of Wyoming has introduced new legislation to nullify any and all attempts at a nationwide gun grab. Known as House Bill 0104, or The Firearm Protection Act.

The legislation will actually make it a crime for any official to attempt to enforce a federal ban on firearm ownership, with penalties of up to five years in prison and $5,000 in fines for those who might try.

Wyoming Forever
According to the bill itself (http://k2radio.com), any federal law that would attempt to ban “semi-automatic” firearms, limit the size of magazine clips, or in any way place limitations on firearm ownership in the state of Wyoming will be “unenforceable.”

And any so-called “public servant” that tries to enforce such provisions, should they be “enacted” as part of the Obama administration’s trampling of the Constitution, will be subject to criminal prosecution.

Gun Rights
The Wyoming House of Representatives has reportedly already approved the bill, which was sponsored by Rep. Kendell Kroeker (R-Natrona) and several other state representatives and senators, and it will now move on to the Senate.

Similar legislation in other states has also been introduced following the Obama administration’s unveiling of a gun-grabbing plan ominously known as Now is the time: The president’s plan to protect our children and our communities by reducing gun violence on January 16, which of course draws its title from the famous speech made by the late Dr. Martin Luther King back in 1963.

“Within hours of … Obama’s press conference announcing his new gun control push, state legislators in Wyoming, Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Iowa, South Carolina, Indiana, and other states were initiating efforts to ‘nullify’ any attempts by federal authorities to enforce those restrictions in their states,” explains a recent piece by The New American about state backlash against the federal government’s rogue efforts to steal Americans’ firearms.

Gov Murder
“They are not merely talking about state resolutions expressing disapproval of federal encroachment, but actually making it a criminal offense for agents of the federal government to attempt to enforce what the states determine to be illegal, unconstitutional usurpation of power.”

Hegelian Dialectic

States have full right to counteract unconstitutional federal mandates

Commenting on the legislation, Rep. Kroeker reminded the public and federal officials via the Associated Press (AP) that Wyoming, like all other states, is sovereign, and has its own constitutional form of government. He reiterated the fact that his state has the right not only to make its own laws, but also to block the enforcement of unconstitutional, fake laws like Now is the time that might emerge from federal occupiers.

“We’ve got a right to make our laws, and if the federal government is going to try to enforce unconstitutional laws on our people and take away the right of Wyoming citizens, then we as a state are going to step up and make that a crime,” said Rep. Kroeker to reporters.
