Vatic, I agree with the above but now to enforce this????
Most parents work and don’t get home until after 5-6 PM (If they are lucky). I see our kids now getting off the school bus at 2:30.
Personally, I say throw the damn TV out.
We have three – yes three in our house. My husband and two of our three sons each have a TV and while the middle one doesn’t watch much TV my husband and youngest cannot survive without the damn thing on. (They watch the Science Channel, Some British Gear / car show, Wheel of Fortune and a few other things but not MTV or Lady Gaga.
Ipods – Again, parents, pull your kids ipods and go onto the net, pull up the lyrics to all the music your kids are listening too.
Video games – my oldest son is addicted to his cops and robbers, fast cars, shoot em up junk and these three sons of mine, I never allowed toy guns or soldiers in our home nor watched any violent TV junk (I have a office/library I am in 90% of the time reading or surfing the net researcing.
I did see a 60 minutes interview and a Barbara Walters interview where Lady Gaga appeared quite normal, intelligent and actually charming. BUT, During the 60 minute interview in the bar, she belted down about three shots of whiskey in the time it takes me to down two sips of wine and what she belted down, she did not slur her words and walked out without staggering…………….I would have been unconscious and had to have been carried out.
Interviews aside, what this female (I will not call her a lady) wears is beyond skanky, it is demonic and inane.
Her fans call themselves “little monsters”.
