Number One – Warren Buffett
The warm and friendly face most people saw was an illusion assumed long ago. “They need to trust you, even love you,” his employers had told him. “Make them laugh.”
Making us chuckle disarms us. Warren worked on developing those one liners which bring smiles and inspire, deepening our trust.
Warren Buffett had early learned to become whoever he needed to be. Disguise is part what he always thought of as, 'The Game.'
He learned about selling stock by hanging out at his father's stock brokerage. Chalking in prices on their blackboard, he studied how money was made. At age 11 he bought his first shares.
When he delivered papers in Omaha, Nebraska as a kid his customers loved him. “What a prodigy,” they told each other. He also wrote and sold a tip sheet for horse racing.
When his father was elected to Congress he and a friend bought a used pinball machine for $25, installing it in a barbershop. More pinball machines followed.
Making money fascinated him. Getting people to like and trust him was part of the Game. Opportunities were there, most available if he was trusted and liked.
Hired by the Rothschilds straight out of college in Pennsylvania he understood the stakes, and exactly what he could gain in the biggest game the world would ever see. He succeeded, didn't he?

Now 84, Warren is still playing The Game. He sees tank cars as pinball machines in the Game that is his life. If people mattered to him Buffett would insist on safety. His actions are what you should believe. Buffett knows exactly what he is doing.
