What would you do if you woke up tomorrow morning with no power and no way to refrigerate your food. Well believe it or not but there are ways you can cook and refrigerate your families food with out electricity.
We have done our research to provide you with information about how to cook and refrigerate your food with no electricity. These methods are easy and you can quickly put them into use.
Best bread I ever et was from a solar cooker! Too easy and sooooo cheap! Preserves nutrition too. Why we don’t all cook this way is beyond me.
Also, with the cardboard box and foil, a heat sink helps a lot. A heat sink could be a flat rock or flat chunk of metal like a barbells weight. Quart canning jars painted black on the outside work well too providing more surface area to the food.
But, what’s the deal with refrigeration? Is the point just to cook everything up?
