Strange FEMA ad from the FEMA Ad Council. There haas been several of such ads floating around. Preparing the preppers. Getting the public mind set for what is to come. Is this propaganda, or anti propaganda. What is their intent for distributing these ads. Are these ads justified when the US government is in a shutdown.
