What Would You Do If It All Went To Hell Tomorrow ?

I don’t really know how serious other people take it but I really believe that some type of major disaster or event may happen soon right here in America. What would you do if tomorrow you had to leave your home in a hurry. Would you have any ideal of what you should do. Have you got any ideal of a place where you could take your family where they would be safe.
Bug Out Bags
I think every American should have a Bug Out Bag packed and ready for each member of your family that can be taken and carried away quickly. You should have enough food and water for at least 72 hours. I suggest having a enough food and water for at least 10 days and a way of getting more.
We never know what could happen. If you live in California a major earth quake could happen. It could quite possibly be the worst earth quake in the history of modern man. If that happened what would you do?
What if the volcano under Yellowstone was to erupt tomorrow or next week? What would you do? What if space aliens landed on the east coast and started attacking people? What would you do? Where would you take your family? Would you have any ideal of how to defend you and your family?
Ideally you should have a spot picked out and prepared for you and your family and friends to bug out to. This spot should have the basic items you need to survive. There needs to be a shelter, there needs to be a supply of food to last at least 30 days or longer, there needs to be fresh water available or a near by place to get it. What if you can’t go to a grocery store because they have all been raided of available food and the water and electricity is off? Would you have any ideal of what to do?
Do you have any ideal about what items should be packed in a bug out bag? If not then you need to learn what items need to be packed in your bug out bag. Do you own a gun? Do you know how to clean it? Do you know how to hunt? If not you need to do everything you can to learn everything possible so you and your family can survive if it does go all to hell tomorrow, next week, or next year.

If you are serious about disaster, now is the time to plan. NOT when it happens. YOUR plans don’t have to be expensive, just well thought out. Plan for your extended family as well.
Think about WHAT would cause you to “Bug Out”. Different reasons would call for different approaches. Are you planning for the extremes of the seasons, Wet, Cold, Hot, etc. Food, for how many, what do you eat, and how are you going to get that food supply to where you are going.
One method would be to have a stash of clothing, food, and weather related needs along with medicines, toiletries, etc already in place. YOUR only goal would be to see that each one in your party arrives at the preset destination safely. These items can be stored at a friends house or even rented in a mini storage facility.
