Deer Attacks Hunter, Animal Rights Activists Rejoice, Call Elderly Bow Hunter ‘Redneck’

A deer attacked a hunter who had wounded him with an arrow. The table-turning event happened in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. Local police officers report that an unnamed 72-year-old bow hunter was hurt when the injured doe charged and attacked.
Fond du Lac County Sheriff Jeff Bonack said the bow hunter attacked by the deer was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The condition of the elderly hunter is currently unknown. “I’m guessing the deer got away,” Sheriff Bonack said.
