Southlake Dentist Dr. Tim Huckabee Participates in Operation Gratitude’s Annual Candy Buyback to Help Give Something Back to the Troops Overseas

Huckabee Dental a Cosmetic and Sedation Dental practice located in Southlake, Texas will be an active participant in Operation Gratitude’s annual Halloween Candy Buyback. This event will take place at: Huckabee Dental, 505 West Southlake Blvd., Southlake, Texas 76092 starting November 1st, 2012 and ending November 9th, 2012. People can bring their candy in during regular business hours to be weighed. Huckabee Dental will pay $1.00 per pound (up to 5 pounds) for unopened candy that has been collected or extra candy that wasn’t handed out this year. As a thank you to our men and women overseas, Southlake dentist has teamed up with Operation Gratitude to distribute the donated extra candy in care packages. What a treat for our troops!
Operation Gratitude’s Halloween Candy Buyback is an annual event that takes place just after Halloween. Participating dentists will pay children and/or adults for their uneaten candy or candy that wasn’t handed out and send it to our troops overseas. This year they are promoting a 100,000 Toothbrush Challenge where they are hoping that dentists will provide a toothbrush for every pound of candy donated.
