Sanderson pens a reminder to treasure and share the stories that shape life
Maitland, FL (PRWEB) October 21, 2012
Within the pages of William M. Sanderson’s new book, Getting the Wilderness in You ($15.99, paperback, 978-1-62230-253-6; $7.99, e-book, 978-1-62230-254-3) is the story of local historian, Rolf Skrien's impact on a young boy through exposure to the wilderness of Minnesota. As the author tells about his own experiences in the Boundary Waters and shares personal interviews with Rolf and others, readers will learn about the people, the places, and the wilderness life on the Gunflint Trail over the past sixty years.
“The book is inspirational and captivating. You won't be able to put it down!” states the author. “Much has been written about the Boundary Waters area, but the personal history from people who have spent most of their lives there or who have had significant experiences that shaped their lives there is invaluable in truly knowing that part of our country.”
