Pleasantville Personal Development Center Goal Is Building Self Esteem In The Community
Local personal development center focuses on building self esteem in the community through the Powerful Words Character Development program and promotion with the assistance of Route 72 Systems.

October 2012 is Discipline Month as part of Kapatid Martial Arts (http://www.kapatidmartialarts.com/) Powerful Words Character Development program and will be promoted throughout the month by the staff and supported by marketing efforts from Route 72 Systems. All students will be studying, developing and experiencing powerful life lessons focusing on building self esteem in a fun, powerful and effective manner that benefits everybody in the community. In addition to all of the physical skills that they'll be working on this month, students will be discussing and practicing the following concepts that will help them to appreciate and enjoy the value and benefit of having high self esteem. Students will be focusing on the following topics both in and out of class:
Self Esteem Defined: What is it, what we say and think about ourselves.
Self Esteem & Our Abilities: Talent, effort and outcome.
Self Esteem and Comparisons: Body, mind, skills and strengths.
Self Esteem Friends & Family: The people who we want to surround us.
