Dr. Cincu acquired his medical degree in Rome, Italy and also holds a PhD. In 2008, Dr. Cincu has established the Asociación Ayuda Enfermo Neuroquirufgico (AAEN), or Association for Helping Neurological Sick People, in Zaragoza, Spain, as a non-profit organization with the aim to help neurosurgical sick people.
