Sherman Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) has announced a new development on Texoma Parkway
SHERMAN, Texas (MMD Newswire) April 13, 2016 — Sherman Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) has announced a new development on Texoma Parkway. The facility will be opened by 75 Partnership LLC – Barbara Brown & her sons.
The business will be located at 4015 Texoma Parkway. This address previously housed a go-kart track, but has been vacant for many years.
The building is 20,000 sq/ft and is divided into 2 sides of 10,000 sq/ft each. The south portion of the building has already been pre-leased to National Wholesale Supply, a Plumbing, PVF, HVAC, and Water and Sewer industries supplier. The remaining 10,000 sq/ft is available for lease.
