Any American citizen who proclaims the United States of America is in decline and her days are over is a FRIEND TO THE ENEMY OF THIS GREAT COUNTRY.
Welcome to the real world, where things are born, live for a term and then die. Amazingly history shows that the more corrupt a civilization is, the faster it fails. What has the USA had a couple hundred years. I don’t rate it more than a decade or so more before it kills itself completely through corruption. Shame nobody learns by past mistakes.
By the way you are quoting Mithrasism c5’000 years older than Christianity. The origins of Christianity, it’s where Baptism, the Eucharist, a half human half divine saviour born on 25th dec, an afterlife of heaven or hell, a doctrin of ethics, a history that begins with a flood and ends with an apocalypse all come from. The same church heirarchy, same building/churches, same dress, same dogma, same rituals, same festivals dates and all.
