This is a protective amulet for small pox, and other severe
diseases related to the skin like chicken pox, measles, boils and warts. In an
earlier post I had given the Sheetla Mata mantra which is chanted to
get relief from such painful ailments. Today I am given a specific talisman of
Sheetla Manta which if worn on the body of the one suffering from these painful
