Mantra to make People Favourable

This is a variation of a Jain Mantra chanted to make all people favourable towards you. The Muni who gave me this mantra has pointed out that the word”Pai”is inserted in this mantra to make it more potent. But as with Jain Mantras, purity as prescribed in Jainism has to be religiously followed while practicing this mantra.
