Ishua/Jesus Christ, the Son of God, only spoke the truth, right?
So when He told His disciples “Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled” Matthew 24:34 He was not talking about some future generation, but about those hearing Him right then and there. This is confirmed by His words in Matthew 16:28 and also confirmed by Strongs G3778 being used for “this” and not G1565 “that” like in Hebrews 6:10.
Therefore those claiming that He is referring to a future generation in this verse do not believe Him and what He said. They follow Lucifer, the originator of lies and confusion.
Who wants to dispute this?
Why would you twist the Word of God so?? You have made your view of condemnation plain -
punish-ING for eternity.
Doing what you are doing will you not be cast in?
Truthseeker, who is actually twisting the Word of God? Surely those who claim He was talking about a future generation whilst He clearly talked about and referred to those who heard Him.
And where do I say anything about “punish-ING for eternity”?
you and am123 believe the lake of fire is eternal punishing. It is not.
I understand what your point is – you want the 7 seals to have occurred over the last 2000 years
and they have but the final fulfillment is just ahead and at its finish 90% of mankind will be dead.
Neither of us will have to wait long now for the final time of trouble that will engulf the entire world. The next event is the financial crash of the world’s economic system, our president is pushing for that and after the crash is famine and disease. World War three then follows.
TS, as for me, I never discussed eternal punishment in the lake of fire, so don’t put words in my mouth.
The Lords Holy Spirit first convinced me that the book of Revelation accurately describes the last centuries from AD100 until now, with the final blow against all who destroy this world just ahead.
The same way He convinced me of the fact that Ishua did return before AD70, as He promised His disciples.
