Back in February of this year, 2013, a young woman by the name of Elisa Lam was found dead in one of the water supply tanks of the Cecil Hotel in California. The grisly discovery turned the stomaches of many across America, as the hotel occupants were bathing in and drinking ‘discolored’ water that was ‘stinky’ and tasted ‘strange’. Not surprising when there is a decaying corpse inside!
As the months slip by, with one tragedy after another, I thought it might be important to revisit this entire incident because I wholheartedly believe, after all of my research, that there is a strong ‘Illuminati’ message tied to it. Sometimes, the elite leave us messages a year in advance, and in some cases, even years; although personally, I don’t think we have ‘years’ left here on this earth as we know it.
When I originally wrote the article, which included some detailed detective work on my part, not many people saw it. I want you to see it, and I want you to be ‘aware’ that there may be a very cryptic, startling message attached to this creepy incident that took place this past February. I personally believe we are being given a message by very evil, underlying world powers, known as the Illuminati. If you do not know who the Illuminati are, you will not understand, and I urge you to watch all of the video footage I have included. They have ‘everything’ to do with end time events. I believe they are sending us a message that they are going to poison our water. Wormwood? The coming comet ISON event? I do not know, but it’s worth looking into!
These are the types of ‘weird’ signs they send to us! The Illuminati are the only people who can pull off these strange, unexplainable things.
Although the woman did not have TB, the test for TB is called Lam-Elisa, which is the reversed name of the missing woman whose discovered body comes on the heels of virulent TB outbreak in Los Angeles. Again, the Illuminati is famous for this type of stuff. As you read on here, you willl see the strangely coincidental similiarities with the movie, Dark Water. Even the name of the dead girl in Dark Water was the same as the name of this hotel–Cecil!
As for the whole scenario, I beg you think about it seriously. Illuminati are famous for these oddities…and they love to put it in a movie first. I believe we are being given a message! EXTRA COINCIDENCES I FOUND THAT MAY/MAY NOT MEAN ANYTHING: The definition of CECIL, the name of the hotel, is, according to Wikipedia, “BLIND; SIXTH”. The telephone number for this hotel all equals sixes, including the 9′s, Illuminatis are famous for using 9′s upside down to mean six. Here is the phone number: (213) 624-4545. And finally, there are four water containers. Her body was in the largest one in the back..the fourth. Four horsemen in Revelation, the fourth being death! The pale horse!

Now, if you are educated in things of the Illuminati, the coincidences I’ve labeled above are not far-fetched. If you don’t know about the Illuminati, then they will seem as such. Is death coming via our water supply? Or, death by way of diseases and plagues in some other fashion? Watch! Those who know Jesus Christ need not be afraid! Just pray Psalm 91 and do what Ephesians 6:10-20 tells you to do.

CHAOS: Apparently a self-made form of occultism taught through role-playing games such as Warhammer. According to one WH fan, “Chaos is the opposite of order. And if this isn’t enough, check out THIS ARTICLE HERE about how much it cost when ‘New Owners’ bought it and renovated it in 2007…$26 million dollars! And, a $7 million dollar facelift! Only the VERY wealthy elite can have that kind of money. Why would someone pay so much for a building they did nothing with, except for in the lobby? The rest of it is shabby, and poor. And, originally, it attracted the elite type of guests, and they had huge parties in their ballrooms. Consequently, it originally had ’700′ rooms, but now has ’600′. There’s the ‘sixes’ again. And the owners are always “THEY”. THEY do mention one name of a man, but they never tell us who “THEY” are. Furthermore, I have never had such a hard time tracking down the names of any business’ owners as I have this one. I can’t find the names.
And, here is yet another interesting tidbit. This is an excerpt from a news clip:
“But the Cecil’s owners say they are not halting their effort to revive the hotel, which they bought last summer for about $26 million. They have promised to spend an additional $9 million on renovations.
A branding firm hired to recast the hotel’s image even came up with a possible new name: the Pearl.”

Pearls are rare, pure and precious, flawless and white despite being dredged from the mud, coming from a clumsy shell.”

Seriously? Water and woman? You decide!
Here is my scenario of what happened to Elisa Lam and how her body wound up in the tank:
One of the occupants complained of a loud, sonic boom the day before it was ‘reported’ she was missing. Residents complained of poor water pressure and discolored water. First, you already know and understand why I feel the Illuminati was in on this and what they are trying to communicate to us, realizing they have a slew of power and money to do whatever they want. So, I think they switched tanks. This would account for the loud boom. I looked at close-up pictures, and the water tanks are up on some type of platforms, or skids.
Assuming someone affiliated with the Illuminati owns the building, which after my research, I believe they do, they would be able to shut off alarms. They would be able to shut the water off to the original tank in order to replace it with a different one. There are four tanks. People would still have water, but it would create lower water pressure. Furthermore, this would also explain the discolored water. Oftentimes when you mess with water lines and plumbing you can get black/brown water. Or, the tank they replaced it with (obviously, it would have to be an old one to match the one they replaced it with..it would be used) sat for a while unused. So, after it was replaced and turned back on, all the sediment and debris in the replacement tank came loose in the water when people used their water.
They can’t figure out how the woman’s body got into the tank because they literally had to cut it open to remove her body. So, she was killed elsewhere, and was then put into a different tank, which was dropped down in place of the old and filled with water with her body inside. This is the only reasonable explanation. And keep in mind, someone with A LOT OF MONEY, A LOT OF POWER, and A LOT OF CONNECTIONS could easily pull this off. Sounds like a lot of trouble to go through, and you’re right. But it is worth it for a demented, twisted group of individuals trying to send the USA a message of impending doom—the Illuminati, NWO, elitists!

February 27, 2013 – LOS ANGELES, CA – The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is dispatching scientists to Los Angeles to mount a new attack on an outbreak of tuberculosis on skid row. Health workers have identified about 4,650 people who were probably exposed and are trying to track them, according to news reports.
Homeless shelters in Skid Row are increasing efforts to urge people to get tested after state and local public health officials alerted them to the outbreak earlier this month.
But people who are not homeless often come in contact with the homeless in public places such as libraries, where often the homeless spend their days or in public transportation and in any place where there is close contact indoors, such as a house of worship, park classroom, restroom, or community center.
Some of the homeless pick up TB germs in prison or jail and then spread it to the homeless on the street, including those who are able to spend afternoons in movie theaters near where they hang out or can reach with public transportation. Others may spread TB microbes at homeless shelters.
Check out today’s news report, “Skid Row TB epidemic is ‘alarming,’ but the community is well-versed in disease.” Downtown Los Angeles and its hotels attract tourists from Europe and the U.S.A.
Los Angeles County health officials have asked federal officials for help to contain a worsening tuberculosis outbreak among the homeless in its downtown area. County health officials here have identified 78 cases of a particular strain of the TB bacteria. But TB germs aren’t limited to the poor and the homeless in neighborhoods such as Skid Row.
Recently live TB bacteria was collected just by swiping the eating tray in a plane, where people who are not limited to the homeless travel globally and nationally. TB bacteria is normally carried in “droplets” ranging from 1 – 5 microns, and M. tuberculosis itself ranges from 0.4 – 1.4 microns in size, so I would recommend a mask with a HEPA filter, which filters particles down to 0.3 microns.
The recirculated air in airplane cabins is notorious for carrying germs as well as chemical contaminants. Many people wear masks when traveling on airplanes. Homeless use public libraries during the day for access to restrooms and the Internet.
It’s easy for TB bacteria to spread from the Skid Row homeless who frequently spend all day in public libraries to use the bathroom where they wash up or to use the computer. School kids coming into a library branch known for attracting homeless people can be exposed to TB microbes just by sitting near the homeless at a public library. –Examiner
Masks: The Los Angeles Police Department has asked officers who patrol the Skid Row neighborhood to wear protective masks and minimize face-to-face contact with individuals who might be infected with tuberculosis. The move comes days after CDC scientists were dispatched to Los Angeles County to help officials investigate and curb a TB outbreak that has sickened nearly 80 downtown residents and claimed 11 lives since 2007. -C.healthline
ILLUMINATI MOVIE TIE-IN
Movie tie in: In the 2005 paranormal movie, Dark Water, eerie things take place after a body is supposedly found in a water tank on the ceiling of an old apartment building.
In the movie, the girl was left alone in the abandoned apartment and fell into the water tank, which Veeck had left open. He was aware of her body, which was why he refused to fix the water problem plaguing the complex. Among the paranormal oddities in the movie, is dark water leaking down through the ceiling in adjacent apartments.
Fast forward to 2013, leading up to the discovery of Elisa Lam’s body in the water tank, at the Cecil hotel, ‘”The water did have a funny taste,” Sabrina Baugh, a guest at the Cecil, told CNN, which adds that Baugh and her husband had used the water for eight days. ‘We never thought anything of it … We thought it was just the way it was here,’ Baugh said, adding that black water would come out of the shower when the tap was turned on.’” AW, TEP

Hotel’s Dark History
Hotel’s dark history: The Cecil Hotel has served as temporary home for no less than two serial killers: the legendary “Nightstalker” Richard Ramirez and Austrian Euro-ghoul Jack Unterweger.
In 1985, Ramirez paid $14 a night to stay on the 14th floor of the Cecil, where he killed 14 people.
Six years later, Unterweger murdered several prostitutes while living at the Cecil. The Cecil Hotel was also the scene of a 1962 suicide, in which 27 year-old Pauline Otten jumped out of her window and landed on a pedestrian, killing both.
Two years later, Goldie Osgood, known by some as the Pershing Square Pigeon Lady, was found raped and strangled at the Cecil.
It is also widely rumored that Elizabeth Short, aka the Black Dahlia, patronized the seedy hotel and the bar next door shortly before her notorious disappearance in 1947.
Perhaps, even weirder, in the movie Dark Water (about the disappearance of a body in a water tank), the main character’s name is Dahlia and her daughter’s name is Cecilia. And if that wasn’t strange enough, the test for TB, is called a Lam-Elisa, which is the reversed name of the missing woman whose discovered body comes on the heels of virulent TB outbreak in Los Angeles. However, there is no established connection with Elisa Lam’s body, or cause of death to the TB outbreak spreading among the homeless in Los Angeles. –GD, TEP
