What has happened to our freedom of speech? Who will stand up to defend Phil Robertson and the massive atrocity that was committed against him? Why is Phil NOT ALLOWED to share what he feels about homosexuality and his faith?
Our public schools can push pornographic materials on our children, including gay/lesbian teachings and texts through Common Core, but a man is not permitted to share his Christian views on homosexuality? Yes! Pray four our leader as the Bible commands, but it does not mean we have to be ignorant of what is going on!
The Bible says that we who follow the ways of Christ will suffer and be persecuted for our faith! And that is exactly what Phil Robertson is doing, God bless his heart! This man is standing in the face of the enemy, and refusing to back down, regardless of the persecution he endures.
Let us who call ourselves ‘followers of Jesus’, and ‘disciples of truth’ stand behind him one hundred and fifty percent! We who love truth and refuse to be politcally correct need to rise up and say, “We’re not going to take it…anymore!”
Praise God for the persecution coming our way…this is just the beginning! May we raise our hands in the air, look up toward our Savior, Jesus Christ, and say, “I will NEVER back down! That is just part of the gay agenda. Because homosexuality has moved up one rung on the ladder of social acceptability, that means bestiality and pedophilia have moved up one rung.
Homosexuals are much more prone to pedophilia than the rest of the general population. Common sense and common statistics bear this out. If gays comprise 1% of the population, and if gays are no more inclined to engage in pedophilia than heterosexuals are, then it would follow that only 1% of child molesters would be gay. In other words, the next time a case of pedophilia comes up in the news, it would be a once-in-a-blue-moon event, or a 1% chance, that it would involve a homosexual. However, reality belies this. If you took the next 100 cases of pedophilia to come up in the news (which is a random sample), will only 1 out of those 100 cases involve men molesting young boys? No, clearly it is much, much more than 1 out of a 100. So given that, if gays only represent 1% of the overall population but yet represent way more than 1% of the child molesters, then basic probability and statistics tells you that there is a vastly disproportionate amount of pedophiles in the gay population as compared to the overall population. Hence, homosexuals are way more prone to pedophilia. One perversion feeds and breeds other perversions. The Bible warns us about homosexuality for good reason.

Any Christian who refuses to speak out against homosexuality, lesbianism and other sexual abominations and sins have sold-out their alleged faith in God and are of no worth. They are cowards and useless.

In the account in Judges the wicked men were appeased with the female concubine.
This proves they were not homosexuals.
They were after knowing who was that man where he came from and over power him.
If you read further you’ll learn that the tribe of Benjamin was almost totally destroyed because of this incident.
Neither the tribe of Benjamin nor the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were punished because of homosexuality.
Both of these accounts clearly describe knowing who the person are and overpowering them and perhaps rape which could of been a mean of submission and humiliation.
What the men of Sodom were going to do to the angels in Genesis was what the men of Gibeah did to the traveler’s concubine in Judges.
Why were Sodom and Gomorrah destroyed?
The Bible tells us exactly why these cities were destroyed.

As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, your sister Sodom and her daughters never did what you and your daughters have done. “‘Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. Ezekiel Chapter 16 is an allegory God used to compare unfaithful Jerusalem to an adulterous wife for committing religious adultery. As you can see God listed the sins of Sodom.
No homosexuality is listed there.
Those detestable or abominable acts mentioned refereed to the religious rituals popular in that time. I guess Yahweh God was very upset with competition other Gods/Aliens that these people were worshipping.
Deuteronomy 29:22-26

Moses was about to die and he predicted the scattering of Israel and the destruction of the land like the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. This destruction of Israel was not prophesied because of homosexuality but because of religious infidelity.
This is quite in line with the context of the entire Bible. Of course God promises their restoration in Deuteronomy chapter 30.
Amos 4:11
“I overthrew some of you as I overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. You were like a burning stick snatched from the fire, yet you have not returned to me,” declares the LORD. (NIV)
If you read the book of Amos you find that God promises to overthrow Israel as He overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah for three things: turning away from God which is religious unfaithfulness, being evil to the poor and living selfishly.
Homosexuality is not even addressed.
Jeremiah 23:13,14
“Among the prophets of Samaria I saw this repulsive thing: They prophesied by Baal and led my people Israel astray. And among the prophets of Jerusalem I have seen something horrible: They commit adultery and live a lie. They strengthen the hands of evildoers, so that no one turns from his wickedness. They are all like Sodom to me; the people of Jerusalem are like Gomorrah.” (NIV)
Here is yet another comparison of the promised judgment of Israel to the judgment of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Once again the theme is religious unfaithfulness, not homosexuality.
Matthew 10:11-15
“Whatever town or village you enter, search for some worthy person there and stay at his house until you leave. As you enter the home, give it your greeting. If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you. If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town. I tell you the truth, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town. (NIV)
Here, Jesus Christ compares the sin of Sodom to the sin of faithlessness in people who reject the Gospel and in-hospitality.
Matthew 11:20-24
Then Jesus began to denounce the cities in which most of his miracles had been performed, because they did not repent. “Woe to you, Korazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! If the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. But I tell you, it will be more bearable for Tyre and Sidon on the day of judgment than for you. And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to the skies? No, you will go down to the depths. If the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day. But I tell you that it will be more bearable for Sodom on the day of judgment than for you.” (NIV)
Here the Lord again makes reference to Sodom’s destruction as he talks about unrepentant cities that refuse to believe in him or his miracles.
This is about religious unfaithfulness and unbelief, not homosexuality.
Notice that Jesus said WHOEVER believes in him shall have eternal life. The condemnation is reserved for WHOEVER does not believe in Him. He made no mention of homosexuals in this passage.

Things we need to know concerning Leviticus and condemning homosexuality.
First the Bible was not written in English. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew and the New Testament was written in Greek and Aramaic a Syrian dialect spoken in the region around the Lake of Galilee. These original hand-written manuscripts are referred to as original autographs.
The word homosexual was only coined during the last two centuries yet they choose to place it in a two thousand year old text!
Because of this and the prime verse used by “Christian” right-wing fundamentalists against homosexuals: Leviticus 18:22, and its sister verse 20:13. Verse 18:22 describes the offense while 20:13 prescribes the punishment.
These verses are used as basis for Romans 1:27, 1 Corinthians 6:9, 1 Timothy 1:10, etc.
The things we have to know and find out in the bible is Israel had twelve sons from which came the twelve tribes of Israel. One of the tribe was Levi.
When Yahweh biblical God set up His kingdom in the Promised Land, the Tribe of Levi was set aside to tend the duties of the Temple.
The other 11 tribes “tithed” their subsistence in the form of crops, oil, cattle, etc..
It is important to know that Levites were the priests and the Book of Leviticus described the duties and responsibilities of these priests.
Chapters 18 and 19 describe rules and regulations, while chapter 20 describes the punishments for violation often including death.

The very important thing to know and key word to understand is the Hebrew word tow’ebah for which the preferred translation is either idol or idolatry. So if a man lies with another man in sexual intercourse for the purpose of pagan religious worship, such actions are indeed prohibited by the Bible.
If people today homosexuals are engaging in sex for the purpose of pagan worship these actions are prohibited by Scripture.

So Yahweh God does not condemn homosexuals in general but the priests who commit idolatry by having sex with their own gender in religious worships which Yahweh God condemns as pagan
Why would men having sex together be considered idolatry or idol worship? This lies about pagan fertility cults.
Thousands of years ago people looked to the land for their livelihood. As farmers they knew if you had good seed and you fertilized well, you would reap good harvests and that depended if they had good rains and didn’t have natural disasters.
Back then they could control the planting of seed, plowing and fertilizing, but they had little control over rains and other weather factors.
The rains and the weather factors were the dominion of the Gods.
They reasoned, there was some connection between human fertility and the growth in humans with the same things in plants.
Thus besides offering plant seeds to the gods, they opted to offer human seed (semen) as well so the Gods would give them rain and protect them from natural disasters.
This time of pagan worship took several forms. In one the men ejaculated their semen into the ceremonial fire. In another they threw young babies into the fire. In yet another the worshiper had sex with a temple cult prostitute.
