United Nations: Why Are They Suddenly Protecting Prime Nephilim Technology Landmark? (Video and Photos)
Once again, UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), takes another culturally important site, the Neolithic Flint Mines at Spiennes in Belgium. The flint mines cover more than 100 hectares, and happen to be the largest and earliest concentration of ancient mines in Europe, reflecting an extremely high level of human technological development for the era.

The flint mines were added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2000 for providing exceptional testimony to early human inventiveness and application, marking a major milestone in cultural and technological development, and providing an outstanding example of Neolithic mining of flint. However, last month the importance of the site was given further recognition by being granted UNESCO’s “enhanced protection” status.
The granting of such protection can be made under three conditions: that the site be of the greatest importance to humanity, that it be protected by adequate domestic legal and administrative measures recognizing its exceptional cultural and historic value and ensuring the highest level of protection, and that it not be used for military purposes or to shield military sites.
The flint mines of Spiennes were actively used from 4,400 BC to 2,000 BC, with extraction carried out in open quarries and pits. A large diversity of methods were employed to extract the flint by open quarries, pits and networks of underground horizontal galleries. Vertical tunnels range from 30 to 40 feet deep. Shafts were sunk through the chalk layer vertically with galleries radiating out from the shafts. Unique to Spiennes, when the flint was exhausted above the bedrock, the rock layer was penetrated to reach the chalk layer below. This feature shows the mastery these Neolithic humans had of their local geology!
Also of interest in this ordeal is the fact that Neanderthal man was once hailed as the proof of the evolution of apes to modern man, and considered to be the brutish ancestor link to man in the evolution chain, the intermediate stage between man and ape. But now, Neanderthal is recognized by scientists as a contemporary of modern man living alongside humans having many human attributes. But amazingly with a LARGER brain than mans! Were they the Nephilim?
4. Neanderthals possessed advanced skills:
Neanderthals used fire for heating, cooking and manufacturing. They probably crafted leather and fur garments of various types. Had a relatively advanced tool and weapon making culture manufacturing a large variety of finely-edged, sophisticated flint tools and weapons. This industry is characterized by the many tool types found, including spear points, stone lances and wooden spears with fire hardened points. Why are these flint mines ‘really’ so interesting and worthy of such extreme measures to the United Nations? What are they really trying to protect?
In my opinion, they are protecting the culture of their ancient ancestors, the Nephilim (the United Nations are the Illuminati, who are the bloodline, carefully preserved, of the Nephilim—the Fallen Angels from the Bible). They also want to own/possess another important property. But I am also concerned about the possibility of a coming war.

Two World Heritage sites in Azerbaijan and three in Belgium have been given “enhanced protection” status by the Committee for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict, which held its eighth meeting at UNESCO Headquarters from 18-19 December 2013. The properties, which have been granted this status, are the Walled City of Baku with the Shirvanshah’s Palace and Maiden Tower and the Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape in Azerbaijan as well as the House and Workshop of the Architect Victor Horta, the Neolithic Flint Mines at Spiennes in Mons and the Plantin-Moretus House-Workshops-Museum in Belgium.
“Enhanced protection” is one of the features of the 1999 Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict. The granting of such protection by the Committee to sites in countries that are party to the Second Protocol can be made under three conditions: that the site be of the greatest importance to humanity; that it be protected by adequate domestic legal and administrative measures recognizing its exceptional cultural and historic value and ensuring the highest level of protection; and that it not be used for military purposes or to shield military sites and a declaration to this end must be issued.
This goes beyond the regime of general protection and means that States cannot abuse the notion of military necessity to use such cultural property for military purposes or target it deliberately. It also involves the obligation by States Parties to the Second Protocol to make intentional attacks against sites under enhanced protection a serious violation or to penalize use of such sites or their immediate surroundings in support of military action. Sixty five UNESCO Member States are party to the Second Protocol. UNESCO urges States that have not yet become party to this treaty to consider doing so.
Do you see directly in the headline of the article on UNESCO’s website, “in the event of armed conflict..” There are several reasons to get enhanced protection, yet in their headline, they specifically mention “armed conflict” (war).
Now, let’s go even a step further—the Georgia Guidestones, which reveals the ultimate NWO plan for world control and domination:
