Something Big is About to Happen in June
As I read the headlines the past few days, I could not believe how many critical issues are coming to a head. Russia is demanding that Ukraine pay their gas bill by June 7 or it will stop supplying gas to them. The civil war in Ukraine is escalating and even though Russia has withdrawn their troops from the border, that does not mean that they are going to back away and forget about Ukraine. The Bilderberg meeting concludes this weekend and we should find out what was on their agenda soon after that. China is having issues with Vietnam and Japan over territories. The QE taper never really happened, it was just re-routed through other banks and countries like Belgium. Gun confiscation is back on the table with talk of gun registries; one way or another they will soon find a way to get our guns. US GDP falls by 1% and the market goes up. That means one of two things: the investor is an absolute moron, or the markets are rigged. Russia has been dumping US treasuries and buying more gold. The Russia/China deal showed the world that we really don’t need the Petro Dollar anymore, maybe more countries will follow that example. The EU is going to go back to more QE in June.
But the biggest crack in the system happened in Japan. Sales tax increased from 5% to 8% and as a result retail sales dropped by 4.4% in April. This is huge news and here’s why. The strength of any economy is measured by retail sales. This is the glue that holds the system together. Without retail sales, everyone back to the raw materials producer is affected. More QE does not produce more retail sales, more tax does not produce more sales, and an aging population does not produce more sales. Japan already has the highest debt to GDP, how much further can they push their debt? And will creating more debt solve the problem? Absolutely not and not only will they find that out the hard way, so will many other countries including the USA.
Not only did Japan’s retail sales drop, so did household spending by 4.6% year over year and industrial production by 2.5% month over month. So it’s starting to fall apart. No matter how much money Abe throws at them it’s not going to work. It hasn’t produced any results so far, so more of the same will not produce any different results. And once Japan starts to crumble, the rest of the world will follow. The entire global economy is ony as strong as it’s weakest member. And Japan is the first domino.
From here on, it’s just a matter of time until more and more cracks appear until something big finally takes down the whole system. The elite are running around putting out brush fires and so far they have miraculously been able to hold it together much longer than anyone expected them to, but we all know that they can’t do it much longer. It is mathematically impossible. So buckle up, we’re in for quite a ride and I think June will be when a lot of this will happen.

I agree with all that you bring up in your article. However the reason the stock market goes up when sales go down is due to the fed printing to much money. The more money the fed prints the less the dollar is worth. If the dollar drops in value, the stock market increases becaus the companies stock are adjusted to the inflation. Also what is damaging the dollar is the point you made about the Petrol Dollar. Russia, China and Iran all trading oil for gold currently hurts the dollar, as we’ll as the dumping of US treasury bonds by Russia. If the Petrol dollar falls apart there will be trillions of extra dollars. We print money for the world due to the Petrol Dollar. All other countries only print for their country. The dollar would drop by as much as 60 to 75% overnight. Everyone’s saving would be devastated, hyper inflation would start immediately to account for all the extra dollars floating around., and companies with contracts to supply larger companies with parts will go out of business due to their inability to increase the product price. I work in Finance and Supply Chain, in 2008 I changed my entire 401 k to precious metals prior to the collapse. Everyone had to know it was coming, but stock brokers like a gambling addict want to take risk to make more money to the last minute. I would highly recommend every one to get gold, platinum or silver bars and coins. You need to buy physical assets. You have to have them in your house or in your possession or it will be lost with the bankruptcy of. Banks. I have been slowly buying gold and silver bars for a year. When, not if, the dollar collapses precious metals will be the only currency worth anything.
