Since I have been reading David Chase Taylor’s column EVERY SINGLE ONE of his predictions NOTHING came true. Dave Hodges also has a ZERO batting average. Don’t remind him of that, though. It won’t get posted.
I have been reading it since his 10th prediction, I think. I don’t go by days or months with this guy. I go by his prediction rate, he is so prolific.

Quite right. If something can’t be debated, it’s not worth read. I always scroll down to check if the comments have been disabled. If it has I don’t bother reading it.
I actually enjoy a good debate. Trouble is with most of the negative comments they do not fire in a category I would consider “debate” rather childish rants, sarcastic ramblings, or just downright spitefulness. So in using the term – it would be helpful to realize most are unable to grasp the fact that what they post is anything but debating. Stick to sharing your opinion based on facts , your belief system or whatever but do it in a respectfully manor.

WOW! The headlines to ALL your articles are designed for “Shock and Awe”. YET when one clicks on them (opens them), they discover thats its a PLOY to lure the reader in. The information is not well researched nor well sourced and like it or not, they usually have strong religious overtones, thereby giving the so called “author” of the article a high number of readers. Religion is and will always be for the masses that the herd will follow over the cliff simply because that is where the herd mentality is headed. There is ONLY ONE WAY, and that is through Jesus Christ. Please accept Christ into your heart and repent of your sins. Admit that you are a sinner and do everything you have within yourself to turn away from those sins. Jesus will not let you go once you give yourself to him. He sacrificed himself for ALL of us. Of course its not always easy because we battle not against flesh and blood but against principalities. Accecpt the way of the light, grow your faith in Christ, stand in your faith. First it is not correct, the Good News Christ came to earth to give to man is this:
Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand.
Christ came with the message that those God the Father will call must repent of breaking the 10 Commandments because the Divine Government of God ruled by Jesus Christ as its KING will soon be on earth and in complete control and will rule by the perfect Law of God. That is the Law we are to repent from transgressing.
Christ is not looking for ANYONE to “accept Christ into your heart” Christ wants those His Father has Called out this evil world to OBEY HIM, Christ is not looking for mere words — Christ wants ACTION!

TS, you’re confusing the gospel of the kingdom preached exclusively to the Jews before the cross, and the gospel of the risen Jesus after the cross. Jesus came “to the lost sheep of Israel” first, and had they not rejected him, then the kingdom would have commenced immediately. But their rejection of their Messiah interrupted and postponed the prophetic timeline.
Jesus was telling the Jews to come back to their covenant relationship with God, NOT the whole world including Gentiles to come under Jewish law. Remember the context.
The Good News for this age is this: put your trust only in the Jesus who rose from the dead, to be reconciled to God. It is a free offer, a gift, and a gift CANNOT BE EARNED. Only rewards can be earned, after someone is saved. Then, when “the full number of Gentiles has come in”, God will turn his attention back to Israel and finish the prophecies.
So right now, salvation is a gift to be accepted, not a wage to be earned, and there is no law over us but Love. Read Hebrews 7, which explains that “with a change of priesthood comes a change of law”.

you are confusing the Jews with the House of Israel, The Jews are the House of Judah to which Christ came, they rejected Him as their King SO Christ sent the Apostles to the LOST Sheep of the House of Israel, the 10 tribes of Israel, that were taken captive by the Assyrians 130 years before Babylon took the Jews into Captivity.

If a man is caught murdering another and is taken to the court and convicted and sentenced to death and someone shows up saying I will give my life for his – release him!
The LAW STILL STANDS but the verdict of death is paid by another. The LAW OF GOD is ETERNAL.

The LAW NEVER gave salvation and never can, the Law only condemns, the Law is the codification of what SIN IS. With out the Law there is no SIN.

No, TS, the Jews at the time of Christ were all one nation; there were no “lost tribes”. James wrote to “the scattered TWELVE tribes”, and not once in the NT will you find any mention of lost tribes. In fact, at Pentecost (Acts 2) the Jews were described as from “all the nations”, not just Judea. And Jesus said he came to “the lost sheep of Israel”, so the people of Judea were those lost sheep. (I.e., NOT the “lost ten tribes”). So again, it is you who are confused.
As for the law, I already referenced the book of Hebrews, specifically ch. 7: with a change of priesthood comes a change of law. The old laws of Moses only apply to Jews still not part of the Body of Christ, and those laws never applied to Gentiles at all. In Christ “there is no Jew or Greek”, and we have a new Priest in the order of Melchizedek, not Levi or Aaron. Jesus fulfilled (that is, met the requirements and thus annuled: Hebrews 8: 13 says that “he made the first old; and that which is old and decaying, is near to disappearing.” The church is not Israel.
The law the 10 commandments are the old covenant – believers are now under the new covenant. Otherwise I agree with you – turning to the Lord is repentance. Galations 5:4 For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God’s grace.

You have been anything but clear about this, which is why I keep trying to explain that WE ARE NOT UNDER HEBREW LAW. Understand? I’ll repeat it since this gets your attention: WE ARE NOT UNDER HEBREW LAW. What Jesus wants is NOT blind, legalistic obedience but LOVE, because every good action will flow from that. When you continually hammer on OBEY, OBEY, OBEY rather than LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, you add needless weight to Jesus’ light burden. Our motivaion for good deeds should be gratitude and compassion, not checking off legalistic requirements.

I am going to leave you with a few scriptures that should be understandable to a person that has a logical mind. If you are a man you should understand these clear statements of Jesus Christ and Paul. A women – not so much.
Matthew 5; 18, 19
KJV 18 “For verily I say unto you Till heaven and earth pass one jot or one tittles shall in no wise pass from the Law till all be fulfilled.”
NIV 18 “ For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.”
KJV 19 “Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least Commandments and shall teach men so; he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven”
NIV 19 “Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”
I believe you are teaching we are not to keep any of them, thus you are least.
Romans 7: 12 “ Wherefore the law is Holy and the Commandment Holy and just and good.”
God’s Law is Holy, Just and Good so God pitches something HOLY into the garbage? That does not bode well for God’s Holy Saints.
Matthew 4: 4 “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the Mouth of God.”
If I am not mistaken Jesus Christ spoke all of the Commandments to the Children of Israel, Christ is the ONE who wrote with His finger the Law in two stones as well. But since some like you think Christ is double minded the law can then be pitched out and we do not have to obey every word – just the ones we like.
Mark 7: 7 – 9
7 “Howbeth in vain do they worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
8 “For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men as the washing of pots and cups; and many other such like things ye do.”
9 “And He said unto them, full well ye reject the Commandment of God that ye may keep your own tradition.”
But you are espousing the following, what follows is the sum of what you have explained to me.
Christ said this only for the Jews at Jerusalem and after He was slain it all changed because God Does Change, He says one thing one day and then something else the next. And all of the Old Testament is old news as well and not to be included as “every WORD that proceeds out of the mouth of God.”
I John 3:4
4 “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law for Sin is the transgression of the law.”
If the Law is done away then so is SIN!
In Paul’s letter below, Paul is telling Timothy the Old Testament has every single thing one needs to gain eternal life.
There is nothing in those Books saying the Law is evil and must or will be aborted. All Paul and Timothy and all the Apostles had was the Old Testament.
II Timothy 3:15-17
15 “And that from a child thou hast known the Holy Scriptures (Old Testament) which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”
16 “All scripture (Old Testament) is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, and for correction, for instruction in righteousness,”
17 “That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
I can quote for hours, but, to finish I will point out God’s Angels did and still do keep the HOLY RIGHTEOUS ETERNAL LAW OF GOD.
Psalms 103: 20
20 “Bless the Lord, ye His Angels, that excel in strength, that do His Commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His Word.
Revelation 22:

Yes I believe Paul was correct, women should not speak to the Saints from a position of authority when the Body of Christ is assembled.
God gave to men the position as head of the home and to women the position of nurturing and caring for the husband and children.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only person that skips articles if the comments are disabled. The way I see it, to disable comments means the author doesn’t enough confidence in their article and is afraid of what people would have to say. If a journalist doesn’t have thick enough skin to allow comments I move on. Unfortunately it still gets a click.

There are some theologians that opine that Biblical prophecies cannot extend much farther than 2023. Given that the actual age of the earth is about 6,000 years, that would support their opinion.
