Mike Super, seen frequently on “America’s Got Talent,” is one of the magicians who openly discusses his involvement with an ‘entity’ named Desmond since childhood. He states that Desmond is the power behind his magical performances.
In an interview, Mike stated, ”By day I’m the average dad, and I’m carting my kids around and stuff like that…” his eyes widening, “but by night, I turn into a mystifier! I combine magic with a spirit energy, and his name is Desmond. He came to me when i was about 6 years old. I had a chalkboard where he would write, ‘I am Desmond.’ One day, I just said, ‘hello Desmond,’ and it stopped. And then other things started to happen…lights flicker on and off, light bulbs exploding….”
“Working with a spirit energy comes with challenges because there’s no control. So if Dessmd doesn’t show up, there’s literally no act. Desmond has to show up!” Mike added.
In the video below, Mike shares the details as well as some pretty startling acts performed, of course, by Desmond.
