It is not so that there is only one of God’s messengers on earth today. As Jesus is, so are we in this world. Even the beggar who gladly accept change is a messenger. Not at all true. Obama is NOT the Antichrist, and THAT can be checked with Scripture, not hysterical writing and headlines.
1. Daniel 9:27 says that a prince that will come to destroy Jerusalem (“the city”) and the sanctuary (the only place Scripturally there is a sanctuary is a Jewish Temple). He will establish a peace treaty between the Jewish nation and people, and other nations (the many) .
Does Obama have the credibility, integrity and character to be able to bring people together and sign a peace treaty? In his United Nations speech of September 24, 2014, Obama’s understanding of the international situations has been called naive by international diplomats and the press critics. He has NO credibility to be able to draw people together. The mistakes he has made in dealing with Israel assure that he will never be able to get the Israeli nation and people to ANY peace conference table. even his military decisions are questioned by the very people he says he is trying to help. His bombing of Syria has convinced the people and authorities of Syria that he is trying to take down the Syrian government. The chances that Obama will be able to broker a peace between Israel and Muslim nations?
2. The books of Daniel and Revelation make it clear that the Antichrist will be a man known for his fearsome war-making. Obama is currently trying to convince people that he’s NOT making war simply because he has ordered airstrikes against ISIL and the Khorasan group of Al-qaida. Obama is certainly not known for his warmaking skills. The world will say of Antichrist, “Who is able to make war against him?” Right now, ISIL, Khorasan and other radical Islamic groups are saying, “We can!”
3. The Antichrist will come from a nation that was once part of the Roman Empire. Were Kenya and America ever once part of the Roman Empire?
It is Scripture that dictates (in the classic sense of that word) who Antichrist will be–not the bad guesses of hysterical writers.
