(Before It's News)

I Found this site after doing a google search, a huge confirmation to me, that we do not understand Christ’s coming or appearing.

Here are the links:

www.sonstoglory.com/ChristComingBook.pdf

You can read the authors explanation at the link…The included book on the page is free… I pasted both links above.

May God bless all who read this.

  • you certainly DO have it wrong..

While they [Jesus’ apostles] were looking on, he was lifted up and a cloud caught him up from their vision. And as they were gazing into the sky while he was on his way, also, look! two men in white garments stood alongside them, and they said: ‘Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky?

This Jesus who was received up from you into the sky will come thus in the same manner as you have beheld him going into the sky.’” (Notice that this says “the same manner,” not the same body. What was the “manner” of his ascent? As verse 9 shows, he disappeared from view, his departure being observed only by his disciples.

The world in general was not aware of what happened. The same would be true of Christ’s return.)

Why not read the full explanation here.. http://goo.gl/HGXjav

    • He explains all this in simple and yet full detail. Maybe you should read it and THEN comment?

      • As an example to address your error via your comment above, here is a scripture that displays the authors point.

Acts verse 9 is NOT talking about clouds, and the same greek word translated cloud is used in 2 Peter 2 verse 17.

It says: “These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.”

So now you can see for yourself, the bible is full of types and this is also displayed in psalms “the trees of the fild will clap their hands” and we know trees have no hands, this is a reference to people, as is the word clouds.

  • Yes, even you have it all wrong. The scriptures very clearly say that Jesus takes his throne 2520 years after the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in 607 B.C. That year is 1914. It also gives us clues as to when the battle will happen just prior to that Kingdom taking over the rulership of the Earth. Almost ALL of those signs have taken place. One is left. Only one.
