When President Barack Obama steps foot on the tarmac of the airport next weekend during his rumored trip to Palm Springs, don’t expect to see his family by his side.

First lady Michelle Obama will travel through Europe from June 15 to 21, working to promote the Let Girls Learn, Let’s Move and Joining Forces initiatives, according to the White House’s Office of the First Lady.

Accompanying her on this trip will be her mother, Marian Robinson, and daughters Malia and Sasha.

First stop on the first lady’s European trip is London, where she will meet with students to discuss how the United Kingdom and the U.S. have partnered together through the Let Girls Learn initiative to expand access to girls’ education internationally.

The initiative was started in 2014 and has taken Mrs. Obama to countries such as Japan and Cambodia to promote empowerment for young girls to complete their education and build a brighter future for themselves.

After taking a short flight to Milan, the first lady will lead a Presidential Delegation through the U.S. Pavilion at the 2015 Milan Expo, a display titled “American Food 2.0: United to Feed the Planet.” This, in addition to other unspecified events, will promote the Let’s Move! initiative that aims to encourage healthy, active lifestyles throughout the world.

The final leg of Mrs. Obama’s trip will take her to visit military members and their families stationed in Vincenza as part of the Joining Forces initiative. After a bit of sightseeing, the White House said the Obama women will return to Washington D.C.

While the first lady globe-trots, her husband will likely work on his golf handicap — as he has on his past four trips to the Coachella Valley.

Although the White House has yet to confirm the president’s weekend trip to the Coachella Valley, it has confirmed that he will travel to Los Angeles Thursday to attend Democratic National Committee events.

The next day, Obama will move north to San Francisco to deliver remarks at the annual meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors and attend further DNC and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee events.

The White House Press Office has yet to confirm further details of the president’s California plans, but not-so-whispered rumors put him in Palm Springs for Father’s Day weekend.

This would mark his fifth trip to the valley, after visits in June 2013, Valentine’s Day 2014, Father’s Day 2014 and Valentine’s Day 2015.

His first trip, during which he and Chinese President Xi Jinping discussed climate change, seemed to have sparked a love for the warm weather or, more realistically, the area’s lush fairways.

During the president’s next three trips, he managed to squeeze a lot of tee time into his schedule, golfing at Sunnylands and billionaire Larry Ellison’s Porcupine Creek estate in between commitments to speak at UC Irvine’s commencement in Anaheim and meetings with Jordanian leader King Abdullah II dealing with economic assistance and Syrian refugees.

If the president makes it to the golf course as expected, he could tee off against Marvin Nicholson and Joe Paulson, the friends who accompanied him during last year’s June trip or other frequent golf partners such as campaign photographer David Katz or longtime friend Eric Whitaker.
