Can $32 Billion Ameliorate the “Time of Trouble”?

And, if as little as 1% of that money were to be made available for developing, instituting and publicizing a Curriculum for Countering Religious Extremist Violence—a newspaper and/or a television or radio station, and/or a website or wire service would have to be purchased because of the universal censorship of this information by the “dragon”-media—it would certainly be possible to diminish, at least to a small degree, the horrific violence and bloodshed of the coming “time of trouble”, a Vision of which I received in January, 1975; and a Prophecy of which I received in August, 1979:
