Edgar Cayce was a sleeping prophet born in 1877. He has has many visions that have already come true.. he also predicted several more future predictions yet to be upon us! And yes California is going through the worst drought ever and running out of water. Edgar Cayce was indeed a very interesting person and highly intelligent and most assuredly tapping into the creator for many of his predictions. What do you think about Edgar Cayce?
